If you don't have one already, you might want to consider setting up a company. Setup a legitimate corporation or LLC, get a bank account, etc. and you can apply for a new AdSense account. I'm NOT exactly sure as to whether you can still use the personal name of a banned personal account for the business account, though. Here's a thread on setting up a AdSense account for business: Should I create a new Adsense account for business? - AdSense Help I'm sure they answer questions about banned personal accounts and setting up business accounts as well. |

Well mate thanks for the above. The big question is if i had 50 sites in that account and the account got banned, have i just lost permission to use adsense on all 50 of my sites? In other words even if a new account is created, those sites cant be used with the new account?? |

There isn't a ton of information here, but it is on the Google AdSense forum and the question was answered by a TC or TopContributor: Banned From Personal Account. Will This Affect My New Business Account? - AdSense Help You can check out whether the site was disabled or just the account in the AdSense sandbox here: Google Adsense Sandbox Preview Tool with Text, Image and Video Ads - Leaderboard, Skyscraper, Rectangle and Square formats The article basically states that if your business is truly separate and has a different name as the Payee, you should be ok. The TC warns that it MIGHT put you at risk including your new AdSense code on a site where you had your account banned. Can you do it? I don't know...but probably a risk. |

Thanks mate, it would seem the account was banned, not the sites. And everything seems so unsure, some have survived using the same sites, others got banned again, so its a matter of luck. Chances are its time to sell the sites, and create new sites, or in fact maybe even stop using Adsense. Thanks mate Regards Gamer

| I got the same email from them. It's an absolute disgrace how PayPal can side with him, knowing that he has ripped so many people off.

Just finished talking to Kimberley at paypal....good news is that Kazi/kpnoor will not be receiving 1 red cent from all monies sent through paypal....Thanks to all the warriors that filed a dispute and made phone calls to paypal....Bad news is that we may or may not be reimbursed and there will be no emails sent to anyone about the out come of the case....if there is reimbursements, it will simply put back into your accounts....this is according to kimberly and she can not guarante that as well....well, I do feel a little better knowing Kazi/Kpnoor will receive nothing from paypal and for those warriors that paid using credit cards,....you seem to have the best chance right now on monies returned.....good luck to you all and I hope that in your spare time to seek out any and all endeavors Kazi/Kpnoor has and put the kibosh to each and everyone of them...good luck fellow warriors.

Did Kimberley say where the monies would go if they weren't going to Kazi and weren't being refunded to us? To a 'good cause' no doubt...

I think I found Kazi doing his dirty business again. Look at this Flippa sale https://flippa.com/2648870-facebook-...e-huge-traffic His broken english and this statement "Revenue will be reflected in the buyer's account as soon as he change the adsense codes to his own." can mean that it's him. I've also found other clues: - the seller on that listing logged in from US and India, as reported in his profile - kpnoor account on flippa logged in from US and Bangladesh(that's like a sister country of India) - searching for him in Google I found a facebook page of his new business and it says there he's located in Houston TX - searching Kazi Texas in google shows there are 2 of them living there. One of them could be our guy. I think it's the 26 yo one. In the listing he claims the website gets traffic from his network of blogfarms. Isn't that how the websites sold here were getting their traffic as well? I'm just worried that this guy will pull the same stunt with the adsense account of the unsuspecting buyer, as he did here... |

@gaspocket: No offense to you or anyone else: It's pretty clear from the start that kpnoor (or "kazi" or "flippjunkies" or whatever name the originator of this thread is going by now) was offering a shady system for generating traffic/income. In reality, every person who bought into this scam (including those who "tested" it) were stealing money from Adsense ADVERTISERS: In other words, good, honest people who paid Google good money to *legitimately* generate traffic to their sites. And now it appears that some people who paid @kpnoor got ripped off. Frankly, I can't feel any sympathy for these people or anyone else who participated in scamming Adsense advertisers (or anyone else who continues to use @kpnoor's system. It's this exact same brand of greed that got this country into a horrible financial mess; scammers scamming scammers who scammed good, honest people. @gasspocket: I saw your post on Flippa: https://flippa.com/2648870-facebook-video-portal-site-30usd-per-day-adsense-income-huge-traffic You've got some real balls. Apparantly you're one of the people who bought into @kpnoor's shady offering either literally (by paying him money for it) or by "testing" it. Either way, you should be ashamed of yourself either for participating/using in @kpnoor's system to rip off Adsense advertisers or for posting your comment on Flippa, "exposing" @kpnoor as a scammer. I pay Google/Adsense GOOD money to generate legitimate traffic to my sites. I spent years learning how to create effective Adsense/Adwords campaigns. I make money and traffic legitimately. I don't need to pay someone for a "shadow server" to generate fake traffic and unscrupulous Adsense earnings, yet judging by your last post, you did. Have you no sense of shame? Any other words of "wisdom" you want to share with us, either on Flippa or here? |
