This is an affiliate website that promotes all Hear and Play courses and products. The domain was registered on January 19, 2008.

This is one of my favorite and most profitable websites. I never thought in a million years I would let this jewel get away from me. I was content to quietly keep this money-maker to myself and enjoy the steady commissions each month. However, I need to liquidate a few of my website assets to raise capital to help develop some new products I'll be creating this year.

The total revenue this site has generated in the last 12 months is $2,996.99!


Revenue is $250 NET Per Month, averaged over the past 12 months!

Expenses: None - aside from my monthly hosting fees (which is next to nothing since I host all of my sites on my own dedicated server). The strength of my past promotions has essentially cemented my rankings in the search engines. However, as with any website, I suggest the winning bidder maintain some sort of light link building every now and then.

Given the current track record you can expect approximately $250 NET profit per month IF you simply maintain what I'm currently doing - which is next to nothing.

Revenue is generated 100% from affiliate sales promoting Hear and Play products. Don't worry about issues with the brand name being in the domain. This particular affiliate program is completely okay with it.

I put very little work into this site currently, which is another reason why I'm selling. This site needs someone who can take advantage of the opportunities this site has for growth. However, if you don't want to do a thing to this site, you'll still have a strong earner on your hands.

The site averages approximately 180 unique visitors per month and the traffic has remained steady throughout 2011 and into 2012. Don't be fooled by these small numbers. Just 100 targeted, ready-to-buy visitors are far more valuable and convert into sales far better than 10,000 general visitors who aren't necessarily looking to buy anything. The main reason this site does so well on so little traffic is that it is solely geared to attract visitors that are ready-to-buy but may need to see a positive review to help push them over into actually buying.

The site has approximately 9,730 backlinks according to Majestic SEO's Site Explorer.

All of the money-making product reviews and pruoduct-related content is purely unique. However, I used a content syndication service to ensure that fresh, unique articles were added to the site to give it more depth and keep the pinging active so that the search engines keep coming back to visit it. The syndicated content has had no adverse affect on the site's SEO or revenue.

Hey Kelly,

Thanks for your question. I have the data from 2010 but no screenshots. I didn't include them because anything beyond the past 12 months has no bearing on a site's current health.

As you'll see in the listing, however, I do include a bit more than 12 months (15 months to be exact) worth of revenue data (all of 2011 and current 2012 numbers). That's plenty.
