I am thinking of selling my website here: Review Website Templates, Minisite Website Templates, Website Graphics.

this sells graphics that i have made myself from scratch and i own the copyright to. I have advertised and listed this all over the internet.

The winning buyer will get:
domain name www.amazonprofits.co.uk
free hosting for 1 year with private login
rights to ALL the graphics with master source code included.
instant payment and delivery script is included with the domain and already set up.

It needs someone who can take it to the next level and spend time with it, this has potential at doing very very well.

No-one else has rights to sell this package or any part of it, you will be the only person with these rights from me.

As mentioned above i have submitted this package to hundreds of download sites giving this maximum coverage.

Background to the domain, i originally bought the domain to set up a guide on making profits with amazon but i never got the time to do that. instead i decided to use it for the graphics i was developing. The site is relatively new in its current state and ready to go.

as for income, ive only just set it up recently and been doing all the submissions etc, only sold a couple of licenses and given out 1 review copy (from a WSO i made on here). I originally set this domain up to do an ebook of how to make money with Amazon.com but i never got around to it, i did however get this graphics and templates package finished and i thought the name would be good for it so its only been running for a few weeks.

so no revenue, profit or anything estimated or guaranteed. the winner will be responsible for all advertising and sales after they have purchased it and its up to them how they want to acheive this.

Hmmm... I think $300 is quite expensive considering the income you are showing here... Just my 2 cent...

well im open to serious offers and i dont think its dear, the images alone took me a month to develop, plus im offering free hosting which is worth $120.
it comes with IPP installed (worth $58)
and ive spent 2 weeks submitting it all over the net to download sites and directories etc...

For those looking ONLY at income, in determining a site's value...

There is a LOT more than income that can make a site worth the asking price - even MORE than what this person is asking.

This site has page rank, for one. It's also established long enough to be out of the Google Sandbox and be getting some traffic on its own (even if its just a few visitors a day).

Then, there's the fact that this is a totally custom site exclusive to this domain, with its own custom graphics. A zillion other people will NOT have a copy of this site. Not even one other person.

These are just a few of the many real and valuable reasons why a site can be worth good money without any reported income (yet).

Try getting someone to build a site from scratch for you, with a domain set up on your server, AND with payment functionality in place for anywhere near what this person is asking for this package that's already seasoned and with PR !! I dare ya.

The prblem with this is that a site can have Page Rank and custom design but none of these are worth a dime if what is on offer has no potential to make money. Potential income from a site is anybody's guess which is why most buyers are looking for sites with income at this price level.

the potential to make money from this comes from a few different streams, 1 of which if someone has the time could make them a lot of money. personally i do not have the time that this deserves as im currently working on 3 new projects hence the sale.

edit: for the buyer i will explain all three different streams BUT the first 2 are simple

1: adsense, i am currently making (small) amount with adsense but im sure this could be maximised.
2: websales from promotions such as "wso" and advertising etc (as standard)

3: - reserved for buyer but could make them a lot of recurring money from this.
