Allow me to introduce myself as Ben, 26, from southern Australia. I struggled online for about 3 years before finally discovering in March this year that the path to success is paved with a combination of getting stuff done and the right techniques, as opposed to going from ebook to ebook and not getting anywhere. • - Your very own, hand made niche site(s) built by myself.
• - AT LEAST 1,000 USA Exact monthly searches
• - AT LEAST $1.00 CPC (according to Google Adwords Contextual Targeting tool)
• - Wordpress installation
• - Plugin installation and configuration using the plugins I use on my own sites
• - 1 x 600 word article (homepage), 1 x 500 word article - 1 article based on the domain keyword, and 1 other on another low competition phrase.
• - Each post will have 100% unique content, be interlinked with the other posts/homepage and have relevant images to help with SEO.
• - Standard compliance pages including Privacy Policy, Sitemap, Disclosure, Contact.

Moving up the rankings and included support

-Once your site is live, I will throw some social bookmarking links at it to get it indexed in the search engines, but my aim is to always get it ranking as high as possible with good on site SEO and content. The links will be comprised of social bookmarking links, some blog commenting, article marketing, maybe some high PR links if it needs them. It is important not to go over the top in the early stage of a new website.

- I will work on getting your site to the first page of google and into some nice money, using the same methods and tools that I use on my own sites.

- 8 weeks of 24/7 coaching and support -I'll help you turn your sites into something you can be proud of and start to realise their full potential by looking at ways you can squeeze every last cent from your sites (more on that on the 'inside').

- I'll also help you target other good keywords and answer absolutely any question you have. You also get my private email address to converse with me and me answer your emails as soon as possible. It might be up to 12-24 hours in some cases because I am in Australia and in a different time zone than most.

** Turnaround times are only a guide at this stage, depending on orders received. I will adjust if necessary.

FAQ

What is the difference between the STARTER and PREMIUM packages?

The main difference is that the PREMIUM packages will get your sites to the first page of Google. In the STARTER packages I will build your site and make sure it is indexed, and then you take it from there.

Can I see a sample site?

Please see screenshot examples above. Obviously I have removed Adsense blocks to protect my own CTR and earnings. As far as Ad placement goes I usually have 1 336x280 block aligned left or right to start with, and maybe a 728x15 later on. I will discuss ad placements with you when we get to building your sites.

Why are you doing this? Why not just build your own sites?

We are all in business here and the goal at the end of the day is to increase revenue. Having said that, I'm only one man and while my Adsense earnings are steadily increasing every month, I simply don't have the capital right now to outsource my work to increase my own earnings faster. This service is a way to increase my own progess while increasing yours too. It is a win-win situation and I do, genuinely, enjoy helping people.

What is the process once I've ordered?

After you've ordered your desired package and filled out the necessary information, I will email you with keyword(s) meeting the above criteria with all relevant search and competition data, etc. Once you ok them you can register all applicable domain names and link them with your hosting. I can also suggest hosting if you don't already have it.

Then, I will grab your login details off you and get to work, usually delivering you the completed site(s) within 7-14 days. Simulatenously I will be working on getting it indexed moving up the rankings. I will also suggest that we tweak ad positioning, themes, etc if applicable in order to maximize results.

How much money can I make?

There are absolutely no guarantees on the amount of money you can make, but 99% of the time you will make money with the right techniques. Every site is different and some will earn in around 2 weeks, others may take up to 4 or longer.

Rest assured I will stick with you until you are making some steady income that is scalable.

Can you guarantee page one ranking?

Same as above, no one can predict the future, but I have got all of my own sites onto the first page and most in the top 5. I'd love to be able to 100% guarantee everything in this business, but we all know it isn't possible and I don't want to make any promises.

Why should you do business with me?

I really care about your success and want to see you do well. All of the sites that I build for you will be built as if they were my own, and you can be sure that the content I put on them is unique and reads well. I'm hoping that my style of smaller, 1 on 1 coaching will suit some people who have gone to other 'bulk' providers in the past and felt like they were just a number. Try me out, you won't regret it.

Can you set up my Adsense account for me?

If you don't already have an Adsense account, it would be beneficial to both parties if you set one up before purchasing. It is a pretty straightforward process and it would save a lot of time and messing around.

There is a similar service here whose rates are $297 per blog, but as I did state in the copy this is more of a premium service.

If for whatever reason it doesn't take anyones fancy, then I can definitely lower the prices or offer alternatives.

I don't do Clickbank sites because it is more unreliable and I like to deliver on my promises of the client making money.
