1. Who will pick the niche?
I usually pick the niche and the keyword but I can usually fulfill a request for a specific niche.

2. How do you monetize these sites?
Everyone has personal opinions. Adsense is the easiest and most worthwhile by default. I bet amazon would do a fine job too since my websites are mostly on purchasable items. ie fridges, tv stands, surround sound, etc.

3. What about hosting? Should I have it?
Yes, you will need hosting to host these. It shouldn't be anything too expensive.

4. Do you have a guarantee that my site will make a money?
It is impossible for me to guarantee since it relies entirely on whoever is in charge your SEO.

5. How many sites would it take to get $500/day like you said in the title?
If you want micro niche sites, and you say each site makes $50/month. $500/day is $15,000/month. $15,000 / $50 = 300 websites.

6. Who registers the domain?
I will tell you the domain name, then you register it with your favorite domain registrar.

7. Is SEO included?
Currently, we do not have a package of websites and backlinks together because I'm still trying to figure out which types of backlinks I want to include. If you want some backlinks, you can contact me and we can do a special order and I can have some of my employees do the task.

8. What platform does your site run on?
I use pure HTML. Why don't I use WordPress? HTML is a universal language that almost any programming can program, so finding someone to do some changes is easy. Plus, making changes are so simple, adding or changing meta tags or descriptions are so easy. Google has no problem reading and understanding these websites. I can also can modify your sites upon request. If its small, the modify is sometimes free, otherwise its a small fee.

9. Turn around time?
Depending on our work load, the turn around time will differ.

10. Can I get a review copy?
Yes, I give free exact match domains away on my Facebook page at random times. Just watch for the status updates.

You get a discount based on percentage of your order.
You also get another discount when you buy bulk. The bulk discounts are displayed on each product page.

They are pretty low maintenance. The only thing of concern is keeping ranking on the search engines. However, if you decide you need more traffic, you can buy more sites to expand your empire or just get me to add some more articles.

WordPress sites get smack by Google a lot, and they run into problems. My clients have never ran into problems with the sites I provide, so I will continue to provide what they want: Sites that make money for a long time.
