Now I'm sure you're asking yourself, "What makes my sites different from all the rest?"

The first and most important thing to know is that each site I make is based on a single keyword that goes through an extremely harsh evaluation process before passing on to become a domain.

Each keyword must pass a series of 10 rigorous tests:

1. The keyword must have a minimum amount of EXACT LOCAL search volume in the United States (which is where I am located and thus makes the most sense for me)
2. The keyword must have an exact match for the URL with no hyphens, or extraneous words to ruin SEO. All my websites are the complete keyword in .com, .net, or .org TLDs with nothing added or subtracted from the main keyword.
3. The keyword must meet a minimum requirement for the search results in Google with quotations around the keyword.
4. The keyword must meet a minimum requirement for the search results in Google with allintitle with AND without quotations around the keyword.
5. The keyword must meet a minimum requirement for the search results in Google with allinurl with AND without quotations around the keyword.
6. The keyword must meet a minimum requirement for the search results in Google with allinanchor with quotations around the keyword.
7. The keyword must meet a minimum requirement for the average amount of PR for all the sites found in Google on the front page for the specific keyword.
8. The keyword cannot contain copywritten material.
9. Inbound links for the top 10 competing websites in Google.
10. Domain age for top 10 competing websites in Google.

If any of these 10 parameters is NOT met, then the keyword is completely tossed out and forgotten. That is the key to my success and the profitability of your investment in a site you buy from me.

I also throw out other keywords that do sometimes slip by all these parameters and yet still are not the best bang for your buck. Keywords with a year or holiday in them, such as, "Best Halloween Costumes 2010" can be good in Halloween of 2010, and maybe even Halloween of 2011, but between those times and after they become worthless. I aim only for keywords that will last and last and last. Evergreen is the name of the game when it comes to AdSense.

Q: What earning guarantees are there?
A: I do not guarantee earnings. I stand behind an undeniable track record of excellence. I am a trusted and reputable seller working under my own incorporation, Of Chery, Inc. and have the credentials to back up my claims. The standard amount earned by an aggregate of my sites over time is about $0.30/day/site. This has shown to be the case over hundreds of sites and over many months of diligent tracking and analysis of each site. Some sites are complete flops and amount to nothing, while others are incredible success stories raking in $10, $20, even $30 per day. This is no exageration. But, I cannot guarantee any amount of earning with this offer. As it is, I am selling these sites at about half the price I am used to in order to test out this new business model.

Q: What is the turnaround time for an order?

Are the 38 sites you show random sites you have made, or are they a result of filtering out/trashing sites that don't make any earnings and just keeping the ones that do?

Hadn't thought to answer that question in the post, so thanks for bringing it up. I have not yet filtered anything out. As you can see from the video, there are a number of sites that are making no income and a number of others that are making next to no income.

1) how many articles are included with each site?
2) how many words per article?
3) is domain included in the price?
4) is hosting included in the price?
5) in case of trade mark violation, will we get a free replacement site?
6) can we sell these sites at a later date if we want to?
