No. Its still there but in #2 position. A small number of links will get the #1 position again

There is no reason that Google will ban you or deindex you as long as you follow their TOS.

But I don't recommend using one account for large number of sites as it will create TOO MUCH dependency on Google which is a risk.. With that scale I recommend having 2 or 3 accounts in different family member names.
