I'm selling my Wordpress based sites that I'm doing extremely well in the search engines and gets some sold traffic. I'm not really good at monetizing my sites (kinda beats the point of building sites, doesn't it?), but these are extremely profitable niches, especially if you can use CPA and for Adsense or affiliate products like Clickbank.

No, there isn't... A lot of time was spent setting up the sites, adding valuable content and creating sales funnels but not working on the copywriting and focusing on converting the visitors into buyers. As mentioned, the squeeze page and videos needs work.

These sites have the page ranking (Google top 10). For instance, fasttrackcashbuy.com has a page rank of 6 with search results of about 20 Million/month with 100+ posts to advertise on. Any good marketer can see the possibilities...


If you are knowledgeable in these particular niches, know the target market and are skilled in copywriting you'll make money with these sites. Anyone who knows how to use Adsense effectively and CPA, these sites are gold!

A lot of the work has been done for you. I remember spending countless hours leaving comments on blogs to increase page rankings and to get backlinks. How fustrating and full of despair I felt when my sites page ranked #62 then disappearing from Google’s for several weeks before reappearing again. After all the hours of typing until I thought my fingers would fall off and not even being ranked by Google! This is something you don’t have to worry about at all. These sites are still receiving traffic after 8 months of NO fresh content and maintaining their page ranking.

Don’t have to spend time creating a Youtube channel to increase subscriptions and friends. Hubpages created to direct visitors to primary site and can use to direct links to your other sites.

Just need to spend time tweaking the copy on the squeeze pages and writing copy that converts your products (which I’m not an expert in). Will mention that several of the outbound links on the sites are broken and once removed will further increase SEO and page rankings (there is a plugin installed in each site identifies these links for you, have not had time to do this)

These domain names are of Clickbank products that are still very competitive in the search engines when people type in the domain keywords (www.autocontentcashbuy.com/autopilot/ gets 27 million targeted visitors a month with a Google page rank of #5, you do the math with Adsense CTR).

Just by adding Adsense to each of the post to monetize the site because of your page ranking and high monthly search volume your CTR will will convert (there is no skill needed for this just put in the time to get it done, something that I don‘t have because I‘m working on a much larger site, using the same model and getting great results).

About 110 visitors/day. This particular site, banneradblueprintbuy.com/banner-ad-blueprint/ after not spending any time on it since December of last year is receiving 1,628 visitors/month and 647 new visitors for this month alone. The total of visitors from January of this year til today is 11,206 eyeballs on the site. 8% of those eyeballs spend over an hour reading the posts.

So, what you can gather from this data is without doing anything to this site in 8 months there is still a loyal following of about 1000 visitors per month who find the information useful and about 100+ visitors that devour the information spending over 1 hr per visit.

I must advise... anyone looking to make quick money in a day or with just a click of a button, these sites are not for you!

All the foundation work is completed: SEO, Page rank, loyal following of visitors, backlinks from directories, your own hubpage with backlinks and your own youtube channel with backlinks and subscribers/friends.

As you can see, these sites already have momentum, they're great niches receiving traffic with a loyal following.
