Earnings will vary depending on how well you promote and rank the blogs. It's the same factors as any other niche site. The sites are just a gateway to the advertisements and offers presented on them. You will need traffic in order to make money and the more traffic you get the more money you will make.

They are very easy to edit and the images can all be swapped out with ease. The header does not contain any graphics just CSS, text, and an advertisement. All of the elements are easily swappable and the CSS color scheme can be changed to any one of a large number of defaults. Watch the overview and setup videos to get a better idea of how this works.
