I started with zero affiliate experience and very little blog experience in October 2009 and this is what I have earned in my spare time, building this blog network


I had planned on adding some more things to all the blogs, i just dont have time in the near future to handle it, The income could easily be doubled or tripled with CPA offers and list building ( I have been approved for several top CPA companies). I also get a lot of emails asking me to accept paid advertising I just have not had time to set that up. To be honest I have not focused more than 20% to 30% of my time on these blogs, and I will have less time in the future. This is my loss and your gain.
If you know how to monetize websites these are proven and ready to go. Or you could break them off individually and flip them yourself.


I currently host these on 3 Hostgator reseller accounts and 2 baby hostgator accounts as well as on one of my own servers, and a few on another server I have at home


Thes only expenses is to Hostgator each month for $85, and domain renewal. I run my own servers at my house but you can replace them with your own for another $80 to $100 at another host monthly.


I can easily get any CPA or affiliate program approval for you and can help you get some training on how to make this all work if it is not your specialty. or you are from another country we can work something out.
All the affiliate programs I am with are registered under a business name, I can change that to your business name or we can create and get new accounts for you.


The new owner can have a few months hosting on my servers if they can not move the sites right away i am not in any real hurry on that.
The right person can take these and make some money with them. I built these blogs and that is it. I have done zero backlinking, and zero promotion.

Financial Details

I have been selling online since 2002. I sell several other online products as well as run a real estate firm, and I also have a small palm tree farm in Arizona. My farm manager got married and moved off the farm. This has not helped my time management at alI have some things I need to get handled in the six figure range. I will be traveling a lot more I need to get rid of some projects that I have not been giving 100% to.
Life changes and some times you have to let a project go and let someone else take control and make it happen, even though you have a plan for it.



Making the blogs was easy and has paid off. I used wp-robot, and several other auto blog software to make these. I have bought and played with all kinds of shiny objects with all the bells and whistles (and I have discovered the secret is to just build them and not stress over the rest, a properly built and spun template with wp-robot or other content system or plugin and phpbay or phpzon,and then sprinkle in some adwords, add a few pages of original content to the front and your set)


In 2009 wordpress was really starting to take over and there was a lot of wordpress business models out at that time.


I decided to take a look and see what I could do with wordpress in my spare time. I followed some of Keith Baxter's (blog and traffic guru) recommendations. Hee said monetize with ebay, amazon, cj, clickbank and several others I can't remember all but you get the idea.


I built my first wordpress blog in october of 2009. I then started researching autoblogs and affiliate income from these models.


I have never promoted these websites or done any backlink building etc. I have researched backlink plugins and I do have several plugins to accomplish backlinking. I just have not had the time to implement them either.


I was considering hiring someone to work on this blog network. I just do not have the time currently. It is making money, and can easily make double to
triple what it is making with the right monetization strategies.



I have been just collecting checks and mostly ignoring it. I have probably spent 20 to 30% of the required time taking care of these websites. I did get a wild hair and add a bunch of domains in May, June and July and they are starting to pay off.

My plans where to add CPA banners, CPA exit pops and maybe try some cpa text ads and maybe pop-ups as well as list building from these links, then email different CPA or clickbank offers to the list. Lots of people email me wanting to buy ads, so I thought I may add some ad blocks also
I have been accepted to several of the top CPA networks. I have never been turned down by any network or program. I just cant seem to get the time to implement a campaign though.
I also have added phpbay and phpzon to a few of the blogs. (maybe 3 or 4) I had plans to convert all the blogs over to this format and add the cpa stuff at the same time as well as implement the list building. The framework is there it just needs to have somebody that is ready to grab the controls and take it to the next level


I slowly built up to a little over 100 .com blogs and just coasted along, and then I added a bunch more .info blogs in May June and July 2011. Those new blogs are starting to pay off
