Hello,

I’m looking for someone interested in acquiring a website that has generated an average of $600+/month profit in 2011.

Some quick info about the site:

Average of $667.31 Net Income per month in 2011
Aweber Double Opt-In Email Subscriber list of 4,500+
2 Years Old (Established July 12, 2009)
19,281 Unique Visitors in August
Found for 8,826 different keywords since Aug 11, 2011
Sells its own info product
Has affiliates promoting the product (affiliates are paid 75% per sale, handled through server-side Amember install)

The site is in the gaming niche, and focuses on a highly popular free online game. New potential customers are created every single day as new players start playing the game (No, it’s NOT a Facebook game).

The website has a blog on the front end, and has been established in Google for two years. With massive authority in its niche, this site ranks for just about every single niche-related keyword out there with little (practically zero) off-site SEO work required.

Monthly Traffic (Unique Visitors)

Found for a ridiculous 8,826 different keywords since August 11, 2011. If there ever was a site selling its own product AND diversified with a large number of incoming traffic keyword sources, this would be it.

July 2011 = 18,362(612 visitors/day)
August 2011 = 19,281 (643 visitors/day)

Note: I only have traffic figures for July-August as I installed my Google Analytics code on July 2, 2011.

Monthly Net Income
Average NET Income (Jan2011 – Aug 2011) = $667.31
January 2011 = $923.28
February 2011 = $867.13
March 2011 = $673.65
April 2011 = $647.37
May 2011 = $546.39
June 2011 = $328.10 - I acquired the site from the previous owner here. Approximately two weeks of this month were dedicated to fixing some bugs on the back-end payment system (Amember), and updating the sales page & product. Naturally, sales were low while I was ironing everything out.
July 2011 = $861.62
August 2011 = $490.97

Maintenance Required:

Pay affiliate commissions twice a month (1st and 15th of each month)
Answer 1-3 customer questions via E-Mail per week. Commonly along the lines of “How do I download the e-book?”

We recently overhauled the sales page to boost conversions, and we also made massive updates to the product. No work needs to be done on either to maintain solid sales figures for the long foreseeable future.

Very little(as in ZERO) backlinking has been done since December of 2010. Rankings have a LOT of room for improvement. However, as mentioned previously, the site already ranks on the first page for pretty much every related keyword out there.

The blog has been inactive for some time, as well. We just haven’t had to do a lot of work to maintain the rankings and traffic. Still, if you want to IMPROVE rankings(and traffic, and income), it wouldn’t hurt to find some news or tips about the game (which, trust me, is not hard to come by), and write up a quick post or two.
