You Need not pay anything extra for the premium ctr theme.I own the license to give away with these sites and you Know How efficient it is when considering adsense Click through rate.But we are also open to any other theme you suggest to build your site on.

Articles are written by our team who can handle upto 100 articles a day.If We need to deliver more than that in a day,We hire quality freelancers and recheck the articles before posting for originality and copyscape pass.

We use premium CTR Theme and if a customer requests another theme,we use free adsense optimized themes which gives maximum click through rate.

If you have delivered thousands of micro niche sites to clients, are they the same theme? Will you limit to certain numbers of usage using one theme (in this case CTR) and switch to other themes afterward? Are you within the same team with other WP offer like this ?
