Hi here is the answer from Clint...
"The plugin creates two cronjobs using wordpresses built in cronjob functionality. The first is an optional one that autosaves results instead of having to remember to click "Save Data" and the second is the weekly auto refresh to refresh the results. The amount of keywords with localizations attached determines the server resource usage but this only occurs when refreshed either automatically or manually".
