DESCRIPTION

The custom-scripted system allows members to earn money by promoting their own ads. They create an unlimited number of Adwords-type ads (title/headline and description), purchase listings in the network, and then promote their listing page. They'll receive multiple streams of residual income as a result.


HOW IT WORKS

A member lists an ad in a network of his choosing. Think of the networks as referral matrices with ad listings, rather than members.

The member's given a URL to promote, which includes his listing, as well as a few listings in that listing's network upline. This allows for exponential exposure of every member's listings. The listing page also includes an invitation to join the site, which allows for viral growth.

That's the gist of it. It's that easy!


FEATURES

1. Admin Panel for effortless management. Managing a 1000 member site should only require about 1 hour per week, as the only manual labor required is answering trouble tickets, and paying commissions (which is a two-click process using the system's mass pay feature; e.g. paying 1000 members will take 1-2 minutes tops).

2. A Private Message System to help members communicate with one another and share tips/tricks.

3. A Traffic Tracking System that allows members to see exactly where the traffic to their listing pages is coming from, and how that traffic is performing (how many ad clicks it generated, how many referral signups, etc.). This will help them focus their efforts on the sources producing the best results.

   As the owner, you also have access to site-wide stats, so you can see how ALL of the traffic sources are performing. This will also help make you aware of traffic sources your members are using that you possibly didn't even know existed!

4. A Traffic Source Directory, which lists different places where members can advertise. They can rate each source, and even submit suggestions to have new sources added. This will especially help beginners who won't know where to advertise their listing pages.

5. A Credit-Based System, which allows people to purchase credits, and use credits to buy listings, upgrades, networks, etc. Rather than them having to go back to the payment processor, they just spend credits they've already purchased when it's time to buy another listing.
   .
   This makes it easier for them to spend, and people always spend more when they're not considering how many dollars a particular credit may convert to in a given situation. For example, 5 credits sounds better than $20. (That's not the exchange rate, just an example. The exchange rate depends on how many credits they purchase at a time... More credits = Less dollars per credit.)

   The system is integrated with PayPal and AlertPay, using IPN for full automation.
   .
6. A Help Center, which includes a user's guide and trouble ticket system so that members can always get the help they need. The ticketing system also helps you stay organized.

How MEMBERS make money:

1. When their ad is clicked on on any listing page it's displayed on, they'll receive whatever benefit they get from what they're advertising (e.g. affiliate commissions, sales, subscriptions, etc.).

2. Commissions from a referral downline on new listing purchases.
   .
3. Commissions from a listings downline on new listing purchases.
   .
4. When members purchases their own networks (the matrix that holds listings), they receive commissions whenever new listings are placed on their network.
   

NOTE: You'll notice that the system maintains two types of downlines. One is the standard type of referral system, and the other is for ad listings.

NOTE x 2: When members are choosing which network to place their new listing on, they're given performance stats for each network (hits, clicks, signups generated, etc.). Because members with ads on a particular network will receive commissions when new ads are placed beneath theirs, it motivates them to actively promote their listing pages so that more and more members will choose to place their ads on those networks. This will keep the system at maximum virility and profitability!


How YOU will make money:

1. When ad listings are purchased, you'll earn a varying amount (because the profit is divided among members through the referral and listing matrices). Your share will range from 10-100%, particularly for the members you refer yourself, or who otherwise sign up unreferred.

2. When members purchase listing upgrades (e.g. bold headline or highlighted background to help their listing stand out from others on the page), 100% goes to you (no commissions paid).
   .
3. When members purchase their own networks (and many members will strategize and purchase more than one), 100% goes to you (no commissions paid).
   .
4. Many of the listings will have an even number of listings in their upline. This means that an odd number of total listings will be displayed on page (the upline listings, plus the listing itself). Since listings are displayed in two columns, the system displays a default listing that you control whenever this occurs, to keep the page symmetrical. This means explosive exposure of your own ad!

INCOME POTENTIAL

The system is viral, so it will continue to grow exponentially. If promoted right, you can reasonably expect to earn at least $500-750+ profit in the first month, easy. It only goes up from there!
