Hi, I'm a newb. I w think these are a great deal. However, I have a few questions. How long does it take for these to perform? And how long before there is a drop-off in performance if they are completely untouched? And what can I do to "freshen" them up occasionally?
Also, if you own several hundred of these things, does this create any problems vis a vis Google. Should I have multiple accounts? Oh, speaking of which, I imagine your sites are google compliant?

@ jcald, Hey no prob man To answer your questions - In order for them to perform, they usually take 30-45 days to get to the 1st page.. However you can speed this up by doing link building. If you build links and get them to the 1st page, and then just stop. They may slowly go back in the rankings.

But it will be extremely slowly.. due to the low competition. Also, sometimes they just stay there forever. Nope I currently own about 160 and their all on the same hosting account with no problem. And yes they are indeed Google compliant.

Try to look at Flippa and see what your competition is doing.. but rly the best option is just download skype (its free) and hit me up.. I'll help ya out.

Hey there JCald and any other new IMers,

I just wanted to take a minute to elaborate on how this works since you are a newer IMer (Good Choice in careers yay).

Coop has taken a LOT (most) of the pain of gettin our money making machines set up for us. This is such a great product idea he is doing I could literally stand on a street corner with a megaphone telling people about it. People everywhere are hurting for money, right ??!?

So this is just like getting any other website up and saying ca ching. Brian took all the set up chores and then we just handle the backend, so to speak.
Kwds r in place, check, competition researched, check, great adsense/affiliate design lookin sharp, check, articles written, check, seo is polished up, check. Alrighty then let's fire this baby up!!!

Now how I will do this is to immediately get my backlinking, pinging, bookmarking, social media campaigns humming steadily. See, I am proactive. I want to guaranteee myself success without hesitation. So EVEN BEFORE my sites are delivered by Brian I have my whole plan mapped out and I am ready to accelerate when I get those babies.

I will test out what results I get with what part of the process later when I have some steady cash flow coming in but now I just want to see that blessed place on G1 #1, 2, 3, 4, 5 spots and beyond. I could actually OWN the whole G1 real estate. I want maaaaaany of these sites out there bringing in the bread and butter cash.

Some of your sites will do better than others, this is natural. Just don't think that Brian did all this great stuff for us and for an incredible price (have you looked around at prices? yikes!) and now he's going to continue to keep these sties (100s) ranking high.

That part is our job. To keep the juice flowing follow the basics, backlink, good seo articles occasionally, ping, bookmark, social media. If you have some start up cash then you can outsource these on fiverr (READ the reviews before hiring!)

If you get stuck at some point we're all here for your success. And Brian is awesome at customer service.

I am just now learning about the whole flippa thing but these kind of sites are selling. I think I was told the sellers can expect to sell their site for a years income. That's not an exact formula but that is how some are ballparking what they might get.

So if a site is profitting $20 per month that would be $240. I have seen some of these go for much more in popular niches and I've seen some end up not sold.

So if you spent $50 buying the site and turned around in a week with an extra $200 THAT'S some great roi, right?

Got a preview of my site last night, and I have to say, it's VERY professionally designed. I'm very impressed. Definitely worth some cash, even better value for something free! I'm still weaiting on the transfer to come through so I can see how much it earns, but a quick google search for the domain match yielded I'm at position 7 (front page) on Google already, before I even run my banklinking and SEO campaigns.
