@ tansks, Yes, the onsite SEO will be done to 100% perfect, by SEOpressor standards, this + the exact match domain factor is enough to rank most keywords easily.

The domain will be a .net, .org, or .com exact match. Yes exact searches will be 1,000 at least, but often more

As far as the CTR being 10-20%, I have tested extensively with my own network of adsense micro niche sites, and now am able to easily get at least 1 in 10 people, sometimes 2 in 10 to click an ad and make money

Just check with hostgator, they are not doing for existing customer free of charge (applicable only for new and upgraded customer). Somemore your existing site will be affected for 48hrs during transfering. Read thr' the step to transfer the site and seem complicated.
