I targeted 22 keywords that had high search volume with low competition (see attached spreadsheet for details on keywords, searches per month, associated pages, and rankings) The homepage targets the keyword phrase "Flatten Belly" which gets 110K searches/month and is currently ranked #19 on Google. Little more SEO work and you can easily get in the top 5. I have also uploaded a video to 25 sites (Traffic Geyser). If you do a google search for “Flatten Belly” and filter on videos, you will see mine on the 1st page – Viddler. These videos are then tied back to my site. This is a custom designed WP site and I have all of the latest and best plugins installed: All in One SEO Google Analytics WPTube ( automatically posts YT videos to site based on keywords and also posts comments) WP Super Cache And more!
