Hello Coop I purchased 1 King package ID: 7HM68605KF0049326. I came across this thread and discovered that I could have gone for a King Platinum. I made my transaction via another route and was not aware of this. Can I upgrade please? Thank you. |

| Hi, did you purchase a platinum package or a normal one? Because I'm looking into our inbox for platinum packages and there's nothing there? Did you fill in the form correctly? We've had a number of people who purchased but never filled in the form. It's great that you purchased, but if you didn't fill in the form, we don't know what to do! Perhaps you should add Coop on Skype and have him sort things out with you! |

I purchased the lion x2 package. I did submit the form, but without the cpanel details. Made up something in those fields to get the form go through. There is no cpanel details until you have gotten the domainnames and then created the cpanel accounts for those domains. I'm not on skype. Maybe I should be to get this done? Paypal transaction id was 63F13909S10118429 |

Hi Coop, I put in an order 2 days ago, and I haven't from you guys. I tried to fill out the form, but it let me submit. Hey guys, I really apologize about the lack of communication as well as slow response times, I have since moved over to a "Ticket system" rather than the form. So after an order, you will simply fill in the ticket with all the info you have, if you are missing something important, we will simply help you find it. Absolute **** service. I ordered a package nearly nearly a month ago and struggled to get updates on it's progress, even after being told it can take anywhere from 7-21 days. After sending PM's, emailing using their support ticket service I still get no satisfaction. In the end I've requested a refund. I wouldn't recommend this service, the fastest reply I've gotten from these guys is when I asked for a refund stating my Transaction ID, they sent back a reply asking for my transaction ID and amount paid....what? Muppets! Seems to be if your a smaller order client your at the bottom of the heap. Good luck Carlo, your going to need it. Maybe after this critical review you might get some action on your order. |

I ordered his 5 x king package off another of his threads (now closed) on Oct 22. I also ordered his free site when getting hostgator through his coupon on that same day Oct 22 for a total of 6 sites from him. After using his support ticket starting Oct 31st thru Nov 18 I asked 3 time for updates on my sites progress. Nada was built. On Nov 21st I asked for a refund. $330. I also canceled my hostgator (as I have hosting elsewhere) they gave me a full refund, zero hassle. I have yet to get the $330 refund from the 5 sites I purchased from him and did not receive. I had waited a month and they were not built. All I want is my money back. He promised a no questions asked 100% refund. I have yet to receive it. |

DO NOT ORDER FROM COOPDAWG - period. THIS IS A SCAM! I ordered 10 niche sites, "we do it" and after receiving the sites, 3 of the sites did not meet his criteria of at least 1K EMD searches per month with low competition. In fact they had less than 100 searches per month! The others had 1K searches per month but high competition. So you would be spinning your wheels spending lots of money to get these sites ranked to earn just $5 per day. I asked for a refund and he promptly told me "sorry, mate!" After I explained the issues, he confessed that he has been swamped with orders and cannot keep up and cannot find good help. He said that he would give me one of his sites that is now earning $5 per day and also give me a couple plugins. He followed through on the plugins but never on the site. He basically ceased all communication with me. Will not return any skype's. It's unfortunate but save your money and find another service. |

Just so everyone knows Coopdawg has been banned from warrior forum for scamming many people out of their money. He also likes to create alternate accounts and try to sucker more people that way under a different name. Just be cautious when purchasing from someone without reputation and always read comments thoroughly. I will be offering a service soon but will only take on limited orders so that I do not get swamped. I also don't hide behind a fake picture or fake anything. When I do post my service please be aware that Coopdawg is apparently very unhappy with me exploiting his scam so much that he tried making negative comments on my blog and after 3 attempts found out that I moderate. Needless to say just be careful when making purchases online and perform due diligence. Cheers, Sam |

Just a quick update... I finally received a refund from OP. It just cleared paypal yesterday. I don't think that he's trying to scam anyone. I think he just can't keep up with the demand. The fact that I got my money back, I genuinely think he's doing the best he can. Lesson learned: If you escalated your claim at paypal, they will not rule in your favor.... "Unfortunately, we are denying your claim because your purchase was for a virtual, digital, or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. We only cover claims involving physical items that can be shipped and tracked. We encourage you to work directly with your seller to resolve the problem. You'll find their contact information on the Transaction Details page." The fact that I escalated my claim, was denied, and OP still refunded my money, makes me believe that he is trying to do the right thing, IMHO. Hopefully everyone can recover, including OP, from this experience. Good luck, Carlo |
