Secondly, if we were to blast 50k of forum profiles within a day, than yes, it would look spammy. The 50k of forum profiles will be spread out over a period of 10-12 days. With the other High PR sites already pointing at the money site when the last blast finishes, it will support the ranking.
A second linkwheel will then add the icing on the cake.

I have a couple concerns:

1. I'm a complete newb. What kind of skills are necessary to do this? I don't have any, so will this overwhem me if I did 20 at a time? Can you help?

2. I have an application in for Google Adsense, and I have been given a publisher number, but they telll me I haven't been approved. I gave them a domain that I have, but there's no site on it. Do I need a real site for them, and that how it works, that every site needs to be approved? The whole deal with Google being able to ban you for what sounds like capricious reasons makes me nervous.

@jcal, You need to setup a web site with a page or two for Google to approve your Adsense account. Google terms requires you to have a functioning website befor they can approve your Adsense account. If you need help with the setup you can PM me and will be willing to help you with it for free.
