The thread title caught my attention because it states: '$299 - Traffic business for sale!'.

I think you're selling a turnkey opportunity which needs fine-tuning on the buyers' end. So where does the value lie in the $299: is the website design unique? Is there any content or inbound links to it? The domain name is catchy, but what else is special about this deal?

A turnkey business to most means a business that one can buy, or take over and be up and running from the outset. Think of a car. You place the key in the ignition, turn it and the car starts and runs. Hence the term 'turn key'.

This way you can get better price beside people will also ask you for your other productive ideas you know..
