14 Established Exact-Keyword WP Sites for SALE

I started into the IM/affiliate site realm ~ 1 year ago and in doing so decided to go and dive in fully. I bought Market Samurai, keyword researched a zillion niches and terms and found appropriate affiliate programs to generate income on these sites. In addition, I purchased a great template from Tony Marriott which optimized Adsense placement and made that a piece of cake. So all in all I made maybe 25-30 different sites in 15 different niches. Because I keyword researched well, with some effort and help from this forum most of my sites were able to get to Google Page 1 within 1-2 months for not only the targeted keyword but also many others. So, I figured I could just let them ride the waves and collect $$ eating Cheetos. Not quite. Turns out you have to MAINTAIN your rankings not stare at them like I did.

Long story short: I just can't keep up with all of the sites and decided to focus on a single niche which I still do to this date and do very well with.

SO, I still have exactly 14 different websites in various niches (phones, kids, auction, religious...), each on the same Wordpress template, that I'm wanting to sell. Most are part of affiliate programs for its specific niche but you'd have to reapply as I would cancel my account with each affiliate program. All of them have backlinks already done by me (yes, I did put a LOT of time into these sites) and one even has a PR of 4, another 2 and more. Just checking them out right now, some still have Google Page 1 rankings and I haven't even touched them in 3-4 months! I don't want to go to Flippa and would just rather sell them to people on here who might be struggling with where to start. I'm not guaranteeing you amazing success but I will promise a much easier ramp up into IM and affiliate marketing and a quick method to get going.

I've done the keyword research and build of the site and all you would need to do it build upon it with whatever methods you choose. You could easily use Adsense to get some simple passive income or like myself find good affiliate programs to profit even moreso.

All I'm looking for is $299 per site regardless of the PR for the time I put into the site and the backlink work done. The sites will be yours and you would be responsible for domain name renewal if you so choose (all of this done on GoDaddy by me previously). Payment done only through Paypal. I'm not exactly sure of how to do the transfer of sites but I'm sure its fairly simple and I will research this. I will send a full list of my sites via PM only and once I do please don't post them on this thread.
