No, because that depends on how much effort you put into backlinking (and adding more original content also helps).

Be wary of anyone who claims you will make "$x,xxx" per month "guaranteed" unless they have a money back guarantee and they are likely to still be around when the guarantee period runs out.

You need to get quality backlinks to make money in competitive niches - the more the better.
