14 Established Niche Websites for Sale

Hello Warriors:

In 2007, I wrote over 130 articles and had my webdesigner build 14 niche sites around those articles. Some of these niches did wonderfully and some did OK but ALL of them have made me consistent income over the past 3 years. In fact, I make about $1000-$1500 from my collection of niche sites (these and a few more). Besides linkbuilding, I have done absolutely NOTHING to these sites and they still generate income month after month after month. I only used white-hat linking strategies on these sites (articles, press releases, Web 2.0, blog commenting, forum posting, etc).

To be completely honest, I love wordpress (because I have no technical skills) and would love to keep these sites if I could update them without knowing HTML. But, these are HTML sites (built with xsitepro) and I can’t even update them and I'm afraid to convert them cause I don't want to lose my rankings that I worked so hard for. Therefore, I am looking to sell all of them so that the new owner can take them to the next level. Plus, I want to refocus my energies on a few authority sites and my marketing business and plan on using the income from these sites to fund those projects.

So, I am now offering these incredible sites to you. FYI - I am already a seller on Flippa (https://flippa.com/users/174587) and have sold over 30+ sites and have a 100% client satisfaction rating. I could sell these incredible sites on there but I would rather give my warrior buddies first dibbs on these sites. Plus, I am tired of making Flippa richer and at $20 a pop X success fees those Flippa fees would cut into my profits!

Now, I am an honest seller and am happy to provide revenue details and traffic for those that are sincerely interested and I do mean sincerely interested. I am not going to just post the sites so that they can be found by competitors and copied. Although I would love to sell them in one lot, I am also happy to sell them individually so that more than one can benefit from my hard work and effort.

So, if you're interested, please tell me which niche you are interested in via email (kpcwriting@aol.com) or PM and I’ll provide the URLs for you to take a look. I can also provide additional details to help you make an informed decision. However, I am seeking offers of 10 X 12 times the site's monthly income minimum (for those sites with earnings) and at least $50.00 (for those site with little - no earnings). For instance, if the site makes $50 a month, I would prefer offers of $500-$600 as these are established sites with traffic, over 4 years of earning potential AND original content and for a site making $1 a month - minimum price would be $50.

I have a feeling that these won't last long so act now. Thanks guys!

Hi Kakashi and Oggyoi - Thanks for writing. Kakashi - I am really hoping to make at least 10-12+ months income for each site as they are all aged, have organic rankings and have organic content. How much do you have to spend per site and how often, to maintain them so they continue to yield as they do now? Also can they be scaled up? And if so how would you do it if you kept them yourself?

The only expense is my hosting fees which is $34.95 for all my sites. There is nothing to do to maintain them. I haven't done anything in the past 2 years or so however, if you wanted to, you could do more marketing and really reap more profits. Also, you could add forums, sell affiliate products, etc to some of them and really see an increase. The only reason I didn't is because I have ALOT of sites and I just didn't see the benefit of doing this when they were making me passive cash every month so I just left them alone.

Hi guys - Thanks for expressing interest. I am basically looking for offers that are 10 X 12 months of the site's monthly income. So if the site makes $100 a month, I am looking for offers of $1000-$1200 at a minimum. Considering that these are aged sites with traffic and revenue and a proven history of making passive income, I think these are fair estimates.
