Full Complete Acne Site Getting ~130 Visits Daily! MAKING BANK! Massive Potential

Hi all

It's time for me to flip this site as I'm moving on to new projects. I just don't have time for this site anymore as I'm working on client sites. I purchased this site a July and have made a few changes to improve it but I just haven't got the time the site deserves.

Here is the site: How to Get Rid of Acne Scars – Product Reviews, Tips & Information

The site gets on average 130 visits per day since I acquired the site.
Below are the keywords that drive the most traffic and it's rankings (in bold)

What have I done to the site?

I've placed a squeeze box on the site and have collected email address but I haven't marketed to them. Changed the content to be more info based with CTA. Placed links strategically to increase CTR. Improvement of Review pages for CPA products. I haven't put in an autoresponder as I've been neglecting the site. I have 53 subscribers in the list but you will need to play around with the form to get the best opt in rate.

You can definately build a list in this niche which I've proven!

Here are my income details since July 18th (the day I acquired the site)

Total: $95.39

Adsense: $16.32
Amazon.com: $10.36

Adsense: $26.98

Amazon: $0.76
Total: $63.74

This is excluding income that would have been generated through email marketing. You have enough visitors to the site to test which gets the best opt in rate.

If you look at the number 1 position for the term "how to get rid of acne scars", its mainly an adsense site. I didn't get round to testing that adsense layout.
Adsense click is ~ to $3.92 per click which is why I will not sell this site for cheap. With 1-2 months testing (I literally don't have the time to devote to this site), you'll definately find out which works best for this niche.

This site has a strong foundation in Google and hasn't been really affected by Google panda.

I'm looking for 4 figures for this site as it has SOOO much potential and theres no reason why you can't rank # 1 for the site's main term.

I haven't done much to promote it as I was monetising it. All it needs is abit more SEO which I don't have time for.

4 figures is a lot. Specially when the site is only making in $50-60 range. By the way, why are you not monetizing the site with affiliate offers? Why depend only on adsense?
