The point is to show people what their site will look like. I don't currently have a demo site to show people outside my own personal sites and a few clients sites. For obvious reasons I don't want to disclose some of my money sites, but I am in the process of getting a real demo site up and running, which like you said traffic stats, articles, rankings etc.

I only started offering this service a little while ago, so obviously a a real live case study will be coming soon. I'll be documenting this in the Moonzink blog.

That's extremely unlikely with the amount of time, effort and quality being pumped into the site. You'll own 100% of your site from day 1, you can stop paying at any time you can close your site down, sell it off. It's yours to do as you please with.

Yes you'll need to purchase your own domain and hosting.

You can purchase Adsense accounts but I don't recommend it personally, as you're at a much higher risk of getting banned for a second time. I would explore some other CPS/CPL affiliate programs if I was you.

There's more to SEO than just page one on Google I'll be doing on page SEO for every article added. The price covers my costs and most of all my time to even make this worthwhile. To be honest it's almost not worth my time, and I'm even thinking of quitting all my low cost services and just offering a $1k minimum buy-in pure consultation.

I'd seriously suggest anyone interested in this to get it, because I'm going to be honest I'm starting to think it's not worth my time after all.

Getting a bit tetchy isnt going to attract subscribers to your service buddy.

You have to see it from a customers point of view.

I have read and re read your sales pitch and there are a few holes as far as I can see but the only one that people should, and will be worried about, is why someone who claims they can build a site that can bring in between 500-1000 per month would be willing to let someone else have it for 97 per month.

And with the lack of reviews (obviously time is an issue here) people wont really be willing to part with that amount of money.

I'm trying to diversify my earnings away from just Adsense. I thought this would be a good service to offer. Seems people are away to risk adverse and want me to take all the risk again which doesn't make any sense.

The idea of offering this service is so that I have an equal amount of risk as the client, most people here want me to take all the risk. Yet still expect me to build them a money making site. I'm sorry but I'm not selling free money.

I put a value on my time and to be honest it's almost not even worth offering the service. But in good favor I thought I'd launch it anyway and just see if there were any takers.

If you don't trust me no problem, there's plenty of other niche site providers here, some of which I've used in the past.

1. Because I allocate a time slot to work on your site per month that's when everything will be edited etc.

2. The site will be information based around a niched subjects.

3. You may even get income a couple of days in, I'm in the process of creating a new site for myself I only set it up the other day and just added some content done nothing else, no SEO work no submitting it to search engines etc nobody knows it exists. Yet some how it's already got like 24 impressions and 1 click valued at £0.40.

I have a feeling that this one is going to be another £500 a month site, around $900*.

Yes I allocate an hour or so to work on your sites personally, so my time is also made up as part of the purchase and subscription. Yes you'll be emailed with reports every month, it's a first come first serve service so I'll normally work on each persons site as of what number their purchase was.

Yes the service also includes monthly reports for backlinks. For every 6 months your my client I'll also invite you to a free Skype chat/review so we can just do a review on how things are going. Give you a time to ask any questions, and also an opportunity to learn more about you are your business/passive income goals.

To be honest I can't go any lower than $97. So for every additional site you order, the price would unfortunately stay the same. If we've build up a good relationship over a period of time I may start doing some JV's with some clients, but obviously that's something I'd need to think about and not something I'm planning on doing yet.
