Before i tell you something more about my website, let me first introduce myself and give you some information about my current situation.


I am 19 yr old boy who is currently in college. I love IM and have been doing it since more than 1 year. My father has recently lost a very lucrative paying job and thus cannot afford my college tuition fees. Thus, i am forced to sell my website : weightwolf.com

My website is in weight loss niche. It is ranking for super keywords like :


How to lose weight fast - number 1 (google) - 450,000 exact match
how to lose weight - number 1 (google) - 200,000 exact match
lose weight fast - number 1/2 (google) - 90000 exact match

It is ranking very good in google.com (us) , google.co.uk and google.ca which are the main markets.

Rank Achievements : It has received good rank (number 1/2) - just 20 days back. Before that it was around 7/8 number for all keywords.

Traffic : Google Analytics have started showing traffic from the site. It has till date received traffic of around 70,000. It normally recieves 3000 to 4000 unique visits on any day.
80%+ traffic is from US, UK

Earnings : I have clickbank + adsense + misc. (random ad exp) on it. It has earned me about $2200 since last 23 days for me. Out of $2300, $1800+ are from clickbank and about $300 are from adsense.

Note : Website has achieved good rankings from 22nd october 2011. You may be 4 empty days(no earning - november 1st week) as website was down for maintaining.
Adsense : I am not sure if adsense screenshot is allowed but i can show interested buyer about my account if they want.


As you can know from my earnings, ($2200 - last 23 days) , $2500-$3000 per month is the minimum expected earnings from this website.

Please also note that i am displaying earnings of october end and november which are mainly low months in term of searches.

Weight loss searches peaks in december end (christmas) and january (new year resolution of people to lose weight). Thus, i am pretty sure earnings would double in both months.

I also have an email list of about 800 subscribers which will be given free (list + account) to the buyer.

FAQs


1) Why does main page redirect to inner page?
My inner page was getting good traffic and i wanted to get link juice of both the urls (main page and inner page). Thus, i redirected (301) to the inner page. It is completely legal. Also i want my visitors to view inner page as it is converting more. Thus, i redirected main page so that if visitor comes to main page they see inner page.

2) Any thing black hat?
None. I always do white hat seo. I have not made a single backlinks through xrumer, scrapebox or any other tool. No hidden text/links in the website. No cookie stuffing or any other tricks. Full legal.

3) How did i rank so fast?
I am doing seo since last 1.5 years. I know how to rank for competitive keywords. I have used a combined startegy of best onsite seo and offsite backlinks.

4) How many $$ to maintain the site?
Around $100 for link rental and $2 for hosting. (per month)

5) What is the earnings?
I am tracking clickbank earnings from 22nd oct. I have about $1800 in clickbank since last 23 days. About $300 from adsense and about $100 for other services (paid links, random ads, etc,,). Website is a pr4. Thus, i have earned about $2200 in last 23 days. I can say with 100% confidence that this website can go about $2500-$3000 per month in normal months (which is currently novemeber) while earnings will increase to $4000 (in january - always have more searches as many people resolve in new year to lose weight).

6) What is the best day till now?
Till now, the best day is of $381. ($350 from clickbank and $31 from adsense on that day).

7) What else is included?
I am including an email list of 800 people. I build email list by putting email sign up form in the beginning. Auto.responder company is ebizac.com (very low monthly fees)

8) What is last week earnings?
Last week i got about $888 in clickbank and about $120 in adsense. Thus, $1000+ earnings in last 7 days.

9) What will be the price?
I was expecting a $20000 price but now as last week's earnings have gathered up, i won't sell it less than $25000.

10) $25000? That's a big increase?
Yes, it is because of following reasons :

1) Last 20 days earnings have gone up significantly.
2) I will be paying for the next 6 months for the maintain charges - that's 6 months - $600 direct saving. Thus, it is a guarnatee that for the next 6 months rankings won't fall. I am 100% sure that rankings won't fall for the next many years as it is build very carefully and legally.
3) Hosting Free (more details in Q - 13)
4) I am also giving 1 pr3 and 1 pr4 domain for free.
5) I am giving my autoresponder company account + list
6) I am giving my gmail id (associated with google analytics and google webmasters)

11) Panda update?
There were 2-3 panda updates recently and each time my website's rankings have increased. Thus, you can be sure that panda won't have any effect on it.

12) Hosting?
I can provide you life time hosting for free! I am real. Life time hosting - I am a hosting reseller. I am ready to provide free hosting till 1 million visitors per month (current is 100,000 visitors per month). Thus, i will pay for 6 months link buy (6*100 = $600) + lifetime hosting.

Thus, overall it is a very good deal considering the fact that dec. and jan are coming and majority of the investment cost can be recovered in those 2 months only as there is a big spike in earnings.

So your telling me you have 3-4,000 visitors daily with an Alexa rank of 414,143 and a site that is only 3 months old.

That alexa rank is of 3 months...1 month alexa rank is around 225k. Also we all know that alexa rank is highly influenced by the number of visitors that come to website with alexa toolbar installed.

My website is in weight loss niche. So many people don't have alexa toolbar installed. Even i don't have alexa toolbar installed. Thus, alexa rank of my website will always remain high.

Is it only the ranking for the keywords we are being asked $25,000 for? While that is great, no offense, but the site looks kind of awful. Bare clickbank links (not redirects), no privacy or terms of use links.

Or is it the site unattractiveness that makes people click the links?
