-Amazon ( it has has many items for sale from Amazon, all with unique product review). The site sold about 100 amazon items in just 2 weeks! and this is only few days of November and October. Its not yet December. In December the sales will EXPLODE!

In 15 days this site made me 280$ about 40% from adsense and 60% from amazon!

Reason for sale:
I am a micro sites guy, I love them, this is a kinda big site, it takes much of my time, and I am very busy with other projects. Since I dont have the time for it to make this site, even greater, my CTR for Adsense is for example only 0.4%. I just dont know how to make it bigger, with 2k+ uniques per day, Adsense made right, will make a fortune!
The Christmas is closing in, and I want this site managed by someone that knows and can get THE BEST FROM IT!

I know this is worth ALLOT!

I wish you luck in selling the site. No doubt the claims are true if you are offering the chance for the buyer to log on and see them for themselves but I would seriously advise against that.

Giving someone you do not know the keys to your kingdom is just asking for trouble.

With 2k+ uniques per day I would be dropping my other projects and working on this imo, tho your top 2 keywords are now bottom page 1 and toppish page 2. Buying links at the start only puts your website at the top for a short while, you need to keep adding them.

Why not try offering a JV with someone who knows about Adsense and keeping a site at the top of the rankings?

I am assuming this is one of the niche websites you have purchased from this forum? If you are getting over 2k uniques daily then keep it, at worst JV it.

I am slightly disappointed and feel mislead slightly ..... I realized I had bid on this on Flippa initially ....... now at the time of bidding I made a note of products on site to check price points to work out likelyhood of commissions to be made .....

Now the majority of products remain the same id not all as when I bid on it before you bought it .....

The only differences I can see there has been a Kindle Fire wishlist link in the sidebar ....

All on page seo remains as it was as I noted that as well for research etc ...

I am going to leave it at that .... I again am confused as you have had this money maker a week or so and trying to punt it here but not on Flippa?

I do not want Fellow Warriors to be mislead either ..... I wish you well with the sale of the site but at this point I need to count myself out due to points raised above .....
