The problem was that I was told by him to communicate with paypal that the transaction was not authorized by me. I told him that this would be lying but somehow he convinced me that it wasn't and that I needed to get the money back from paypal to then reorder through the new address. I made the mistake of trusting this guy.

Here is my email back from Nov 20

Ok. I am going to trust you. I had done what you said and I even though I don't understand what problem you had with paypal, somehow I did not authorize the payment even thought I followed through the payment button.

Since you have asked me to help you with this and it has been about five days since I first purchased the package and you don't have your money yet and I don't have the money back to pay you yet (once I do I will send you the payment to the other email address as requested). Could you begin to work on my sites so that this whole process does not delay more? I will gladly give you a good review on warrior forum if you can begin now to work on my sites as we wait for me to get my money back to send to your address,

Ok, well here's the scam. He asked for us to claim that the paypal autorization be reported as false, then ask us to cancel unaurization request because once we cancel, we cannot unauthorize this transaction again in paypal.

My action taken: I spoke with paypal and they said although they cannot reverse the cancellation, I can submit a dispute to my visa debit card that was connected to my paypal account and get a chargeback of the money due to the seller of services not supplying service to the buyer which is me.

Its been about a week, I have been in contact with my bank but yet to receive the money back as of yet.

I have emailed him numerous times (it has been weeks now). He asked me to do something with my paypal account that I wasn't comfortable with. Paypal turned that request down. This guy seems to have serious problems. I have lost the money I paid for two sites plus the money I paid him. What can be done? Greg

I told him that this would be lying but somehow he convinced me that it wasn't and that I needed to get the money back from paypal to then reorder through the new address. I made the mistake of trusting this guy. Here is my email back from Nov 20 Ok. I am going to trust you. I had done what you said and I even though I don't understand what problem you had with paypal, somehow I did not authorize the payment even thought I followed through the payment button. Since you have asked me to help you with this and it has been about five days since I first purchased the package and you don't have your money yet and I don't have the money back to pay you yet (once I do I will send you the payment to the other email address as requested). Could you begin to work on my sites so that this whole process does not delay more? I will gladly give you a good review on warrior forum if you can begin now to work on my sites as we wait for me to get my money back to send to your address, Thanks, Greg

He asked for us to claim that the paypal autorization be reported as false, then ask us to cancel unaurization request because once we cancel, we cannot unauthorize this transaction again in paypal. My action taken: I spoke with paypal and they said although they cannot reverse the cancellation, I can submit a dispute to my visa debit card that was connected to my paypal account and get a chargeback of the money due to the seller of services not supplying service to the buyer which is me. Its been about a week, I have been in contact with my bank but yet to receive the money back as of yet. Will def keep yo posted. Will
