I will be doing keyword research to find keywords that have at least $1 CPC and minimum of 3000 exact monthly searches. Along with this, we will make sure that the keyword we select for your sites have low competition and will be easy to get top position in google's search engine.

The results of these sites will always be different. You can expect some sites to make over $500 a month and others to make $50 a month. I would say 40-60 of these sites will average you over $5000/month

Well, there is some risk here then. If I pay $150/month, but the site only gets $50/month in adsense revenue, then some of these sites could very well lose substantial amount of money.

To buy 40-60 sites at $150/month only to be able to maybe make $5,000/month seems awfully risky. Or am I misunderstanding the monthly rate?
