A guarantee of $50/monthly is a bold claim, however I understand the logistics of micro niche websites, and as long as the OP is willing to replace a few of the under-performing websites, this isn't totally unreasonable.

I purchased one of the two article websites. I received a response within 12 minutes, however I felt my keyword was unprofitable for a number of reasons.

Edit: Received a response in less than an hour with an offer of an alternative keyword or refund, whichever I preferred. Happily opted for the alternative keyword as impressed with speed of customer service so far!

I had an issue with my first keyword, and Tom promptly gave me another one.

The website looks good, I anticipate a high CTR.

Regarding AdWords advertisers, the number of advertisers has varied between 1 and 8 this year. It is currently listed at 1, however adverts show up in Google when the keyword is searched so I should be okay.

CPC value is valued at $0.50 or $1.62 depending on which research tool I use, although Google keyword tool shows it as $2.
