A) No biggie. Just find one that will accept you or go strictly Adsense.

Q) Will I have to buy the Wordpress theme?
A) Yes. If you want to get the updates for the theme.

Q) What payment method do you accept?

OK, I bought 2 sites from Tony, no issues at all. Site files were sent and the domains pushed to my account within a couple of hours after payment.
