Hi Cheeth, thanks for your questions. Don't really understand what you mean about Hostgator, can you elaborate?

I cannot "guarantee" you any earnings, it is just not possible to know how much any given site will earn (plus the FTC do not allow me to guarantee any earnings either). But I always try and find you keywords that are easy to rank for, so once you are ranking and receiving traffic then the clicks should start coming in.

I purchased a review copy from Paul just a few days ago and now that my site has been completed, here is my review of the service that I received from him.

Whats important to me when I evaluate a service is that its not just about the delivery of the end product. Yes of course you want to get what you primarily paid for but you also want to receive good customer service. To me that is so important too. You hear it written so many times - it's all about the customer. Give them added value and they will come back to you time and time again.

You dont want to be left in the dark wondering what the service provider is doing, when you'll hear from them again or even worse have to spend your time chasing them up.

Right from the get go - from choosing the keywords, to the writing of the articles and to the completion of my site and everything else in between, I have heard from Paul every step of the way. Not a support ticket system either but personal communications back and forth. He has kept me in the loop for everything and for that I am extremely grateful. To me it shows he wants to provide his customers with great customer service and he does just that.

Paul initially came up with 3 really nice niches and I picked the one I was happy with and wanted him to build the site around. In no time at all it seemed he had found three keywords, one that would be the main keyword receiving 12,100 exact searches per month and that the domain name would incorporate plus two other keywords that my site would also be optimized for both with over 1,000 exact searches per month. And to top it all off, all three keywords are low competition keywords together with expected revenue of around $1+ cpc.

Paul also sent me recommendations for the domain name that were available for me to choose from so that I could buy one. Once I let Paul know that I had bought it together with my cpanel login details my site was installed and the legal pages added. Paul doesn't just add the about us and contact us pages either, you also get a ftc disclaimer and privacy policy pages added to the site as well. Does this guy never sleep I asked myself as by now it was the early hours of the morning, his time!!

I chose the theme that I preferred from the four that Paul offers which he added and then the articles were loaded. Three very well written articles too. Not some rehashed plr or spinned content. What I also love about Pauls service is that you get three articles, one for each keyword, not one or two articles per site that I keep seeing advertised elsewhere, but 3.

After all the onpage seo had been completed it was time to monetize the site and add the images. As this is my first adsense site I had no idea about setting up an adsense channel for each site to track my earnings within my adsense account. And this is where Paul adds value to his customers experience because in no time at all he made a video showing all of us, his customers how to do it. It was so easy to follow. The ads were strategically placed for high ctr and Paul also added some links to amazon products that I can profit from too.

My site looks absolutely fabulous. I am so pleased with it. Obviously what matters most is that I start to see some clicks and I'll be building a few backlinks to it to get it up the serps. But already my pages are indexed and one of my keywords is at position 32 in google!! Awesome! Paul has even put together a 7 day backlinking plan to help with this.

All in all, I am 100% pleased with the service I have received from Paul and I will definitely be using his service again. He truly offers great niche sites coupled with great customer service as well as going the extra mile to help. He said in his sales letter that he takes pride in his work - he does cause it shows.

I dont have a lot of experience setting up wordpress and when i had problems Paul was right there to help get it all setup correctly. It would take a lot of SEO work to get you 1st page rankings for the type of keywords you would be using for your site. My service is more about me finding smaller niches with lower competition and building sites around those.

I think you need to look more into an SEO service, which is different to what i offer.

Wow, as Barbara says in her detailed review, Paul is probably as far as I know the best niche site builder I have come across so far, and I have been searching and trying out a lot of different adsense and niche site builders for about 3 months now. 1.Your sales letter doesn't mention anything about on page SEO in regards to the articles or the overall site setup. What do you do for the on page SEO?

2. I'm assuming that these site are built with wordpress? Hate to assume but you know what they say about assuming...

3. What plugins do you use for the sites? Can we request certain plugins to be installed in the creation process? (Free or paid ones that we have paid for personally)

4. Can we suggest or choose the niche we are interested in, or is it whatever you come up with? Along the lines of this subject I have an idea for you, but can't pm as I don't have enough posts... If you send me a pm with your email address I'll let you know my idea.

Thank you for your questions, please see my answers here:

1. Each site you order will have 3 articles, and each article will be fully optimized using H1, H2 and H3 tags, 1 or more images using the keyword in the alt tag, all posts will be interlinked together, and you will also have 1 outbound link to an authority site (i usually link out to wikipedia)

2. Yes, i build all sites in Wordpress

3. As standard i use the All in One SEO plugin, Google XML sitemaps, Easy Adsense plugin (depending on which theme you prefer to use). Of course, if you have some other free plugins that you like to use, let me know and i'll be happy to install them. If you also like to use some premium plugins then you can install them any time you like.

4. I usually like to provide the niches and keywords, as i know that the ones i have researched have a decent amount of traffic, and low competition. My aim is to try and get people ranking as quickly as possible with minimal off page SEO work. But if you have a certain niche that you would like me to look into for you, i will be more than happy to do so. I just cannot guarantee that i will be able to find any keywords that have a good amount of traffic and as low amount of competition that i like to use.

As far as i can see, all of the domains you have listed have active markets and could certainly have profitable sites built around them. Some of them are in very competitive markets, so you would need to do a lot of off page SEO to get your pages ranking. How to describe Paul Hooper's service ? - well, Barbarak put it very well and I would agree 100%. I feel like someone who has found a bag of gold Roman coins in a field - I feel morally obliged to tell everyone about it but really, I would rather take them home and keep quiet about it !

Update: The website i purchased from Paul is now on page #4 of google and rising rapidly. I've done nothing but submit articles and social bookmarks so far. I have every intention of following through on Paul's 7day backlinking plan he provides his customers for free as this will give the site back linking diversity. Thanks for your latest update, and great to hear your site is now on page 3. It is normal for a new site to do the "Google dance". This happens with new sites as Google is still trying to decide it's natural place in the SERPs. More often than not, the site will come back in a higher position, as yours did.

With a new site you should never overdo the link building at first. Just keep it steady, adding 5 to 10 new backlinks each day for the first week or two. If your site starts doing the Google dance, don't panic and fire 1000 links at it in the hope that it will get it back, as this will more likely do more harm than good. Just keep the link building at a steady rate, increasing it slightly each week.

Whats important to me when I evaluate a service is that its not just about the delivery of the end product. Yes of course you want to get what you primarily paid for but you also want to receive good customer service. To me that is so important too. You hear it written so many times - it's all about the customer. Give them added value and they will come back to you time and time again. You dont want to be left in the dark wondering what the service provider is doing, when you'll hear from them again or even worse have to spend your time chasing them up. Right from the get go - from choosing the keywords, to the writing of the articles and to the completion of my site and everything else in between, I have heard from Paul every step of the way. Not a support ticket system either but personal communications back and forth. He has kept me in the loop for everything and for that I am extremely grateful. To me it shows he wants to provide his customers with great customer service and he does just that. Paul initially came up with 3 really nice niches and I picked the one I was happy with and wanted him to build the site around. In no time at all it seemed he had found three keywords, one that would be the main keyword receiving 12,100 exact searches per month and that the domain name would incorporate plus two other keywords that my site would also be optimized for both with over 1,000 exact searches per month. And to top it all off, all three keywords are low competition keywords together with expected revenue of around $1+ cpc. Paul also sent me recommendations for the domain name that were available for me to choose from so that I could buy one. Once I let Paul know that I had bought it together with my cpanel login details my site was installed and the legal pages added. Paul doesn't just add the about us and contact us pages either, you also get a ftc disclaimer and privacy policy pages added to the site as well. Does this guy never sleep I asked myself as by now it was the early hours of the morning, his time!! I chose the theme that I preferred from the four that Paul offers which he added and then the articles were loaded. Three very well written articles too. Not some rehashed plr or spinned content. What I also love about Pauls service is that you get three articles, one for each keyword, not one or two articles per site that I keep seeing advertised elsewhere, but 3. After all the onpage seo had been completed it was time to monetize the site and add the images. As this is my first adsense site I had no idea about setting up an adsense channel for each site to track my earnings within my adsense account. And this is where Paul adds value to his customers experience because in no time at all he made a video showing all of us, his customers how to do it. It was so easy to follow. The ads were strategically placed for high ctr and Paul also added some links to amazon products that I can profit from too. My site looks absolutely fabulous. I am so pleased with it. Obviously what matters most is that I start to see some clicks and I'll be building a few backlinks to it to get it up the serps. But already my pages are indexed and one of my keywords is at position 32 in google!! Awesome! Paul has even put together a 7 day backlinking plan to help with this. Not sure what that was about but i'm by no means a seo expert so probably something it did wrong. Maybe too much social bookmarking too fast? But anyhow its moving up and i'm happy about that.
