I will build the site on your hosting after you have purchased the domain name. I will just need the login details for your cpanel that you can get from your hosting company. If you would rather not have me use your cpanel you can install wordpress on your site and give me your wordpress login information, instead.

The turn around time is usually 2-12 days after you have registered your domain name and given me the login information so I can get to work on your site. No, I'll make sure it's okay with you and you can decide if you want it or want me to look for another keyword. Also, if you want to choose your own niche/keywords you can do that. We would just have to be sure the .com, .net or .org is available. If you already have a domain picked out and registered you can just use that, also. This sounds great; do you only do amazon or adsense; no clickbank? I have the id already for google adwords; is that the same as for adsense or do I need a different one? Also; the sample ad you showed; you did that? It looks great; have you been doing this for awhile? Lmk. You can use clickbank products also. Just let me know what you would like to use when we come up with your domain and we'll go from there.

You will need to apply to adsense even if you have an adwords account. It takes a couple days for adsense to approve you as an affiliate.

I am using the BookmarkLovers plugin from the warrior forum and doing the bookmarking with Bookmarking Demon.

I also added the site to the google webmaster tools so that Google will have the pages through the sitemap on the site.

I'm sorry I never received your email yesterday. I've looked again but don't see anything from you in my inbox or spam. To answer your questions though, yes, you can choose the niche. I don't have a list of niches but if you have one that you would like to use just let me know. I'll look for good keywords with an available matching domain in your area of interest. I will let you know the keyword I come up with and you will always be able to decide if you want to go ahead with it or have me look for another one instead. It is one keyword per domain but I will use a few other keywords to go along with it in the content I write. I don't suggest .info domains because they seem to be more difficult to rank well with. If you would prefer to use a .info domain however, I can build a site for you using that. Hope that helps answer your questions. If you have any other questions let me know. The majority of my sites are made just using the Amazon widgets in the sidebar and below the posts. The WP-AMAZ-One is included for people who want to add more products later. Or, if someone wants me to make the site using this plugin, I will. The plugin also has a box to check to uniquify the posts.

Most of the sites I make have the amazon widgets like the site here.

Hi Lawrance,

The earnings you can expect to make will depend on a lot of different factors. I don't make any guarantees on what the sites I make will generate. I would love to see everyone make great earnings, but after I have finished the site I can give advice on steps to take to help the site's earning potential, but in the end it just depends on what the site owner puts into the site.

I do my best to find domains that will be easy to rank and aren't too competitive so that the site will not get lost in the crowd. I use several different software programs that check on the page rank, backlinks, etc of competing sites so I will have a good idea how hard it will be to rank and earn consistently with the domain. I also use seo that will help the sites rank well.

In my own experience, I have micro niche sites that make anywhere from $2-$75/each month. I don't have too many sites of my own anymore, as I have sold many of them. After I had my last child I just didn't have the time to put into all the sites. I've moved now to making sites for others but I am tempted to start making more sites of my own again. And, to be honest, I don't put any time into the sites I still have. So, the earnings they make now are from the time I had put into them in the past. Part of it is luck on the sites that do well, and part of it is probably that the bigger earners are in less competitive keywords. The work I put into them was relatively equal.

It does take some backlinking and time to keep a site earning and ranking well. Luckily, there are sites like fiverr and here on Warrior Forum where it has become a lot easier to find someone to do the backlinking and other tasks cheaply. So, if you don't have the time or the desire you can find someone to outsource these jobs.
