Yep, it's true. I'll prove it to you RIGHT NOW with the facts. Let's do the math to see what the problem is. Look at our example below:

Typical micro-niche site details:

1) One content post around main keyword.
2) One main keyword, 1,000 searches/month, CPC of $1 and very low competition.

The math:

1) Search engine organic traffic gets 70% of the searches and paid results get the remaining 30%. OK, so that's 70% of 1,000 or 700.
2) The top spot, yes, the #1 spot gets around 42% of that traffic. So, if you are really lucky to get the #1 spot on page #1, you get 42% of 700 or 294 visitors.
3) Typically, and this is from the data I have from the thousands of sites I've done, the CTR overall across niches comes out to around 5%. This is with 3 Adsense blocks on the page. That means 5% of 294 or 15 clicks.
4) Only the top spot of the FIRST ad gets that $1 CPC value. The other ads get much less AND advertisers can set lower bid amounts on the content network (that's what your site is, Google's Content Network). So, at the absolute MAXIMUM, you get 15 clicks. Google shares around 65% of the revenue, so at BEST, you get 15 x $1 x 65% or a WHOPPING $9.75 per month AT BEST!

So what does this all mean? It means that most micro-niche sites are DOOMED TO FAILURE! If your site is on the first page below the top 4 spots, that means 5% of the traffic or less which means $1.17 per month until you get to the #1 spot!

So if you wanted $1,000/month in passive income, you need around 855 micro-niche sites ALL on the first page of Google under the top 4 results, OR just ONE Niche SuperSite!

There are many things you can do to fix this and make your micro-niche site successful, but that's for another thread and another day I'm here to propose a MUCH SIMPLER, MORE PROFITABLE method.


So, from the example above, the obvious answer is to build a site around MANY niche phrases in a single EVERGREEN niche. Niches like fitness equipment, weight loss, pregnancy, home and garden, sports, will NEVER go out of style or become obsolete.

Go with niches that make TONS OF MONEY year in and year out. If you go where the money is, you're going to make money too!

So here's our philosophy. We pick a profitable niche, we then find $1+ CPC keyword phrases with at least 1K exact searches/month or more and we create a larger site around a bigger number of phrases.

Ok this is a short review i posted in a similar thread about Bills services. Although i havent bought the mega-site (i couldnt afford it) i wish i could,I have bought a review site and here are my first imppressions

I just got my site from Bill. Now what can i say? What i got for the price he is charging is really hard to believe! The design of the site exceeded expectasions. The home page is almost 1000 words and the witing is first class.THIS HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH CHEAP EXACT WORDS SITES THAT ONE CAN HAVE THEM UP AND RUNNUNG WITHIN MINUTES BUT AFTER A WHILE REALIZES HOW USELESS THEY ARE.I MEAN EVEN THEIR CONTENT IS UNREADABLE.

What you said is quite true regarding MFA single-page sites.. there's really a cap on how much such sites can earn and with the running cost of off-page SEO (backlink) cost and hosting/domain cost, the profitability doesn't make much sense unless you land high and you happen to have a nice that's very buyer-friendly.

From what I could see, they look great. I especially like the fact that they are not all the same theme. I received more information and it seems as if they are getting lots of work. The initial site was sent to me and although only a few pages are present the design is clean and professional. The content is excellent. Hopefully the finished product is up to snuff, but other than the time it is taking I am pretty happy with the keyword choices and the design.

Also, the keywords chosen have very juicy CPCs and I can see the competition isn't very brisk so big potential is here...

will keep the board apprised and I thank Bill for being prompt in his communications.
