Thanks for the question. They are real sites that are built but not earning money now. Sites that earn money typically sell for 10 to 25x earnings. These are sites that were built for me to earn money and I am selling them for less than the cost to build them.

Also, to answer your question. I think you meant CPC. It means Cost Per Click and is a way to measure how much revenue each click the keyword is worth.

I have them hosted on a Hostgator Reseller Account and will keep on hosting for a minimum of 6 months at $2/Month/Site.

Just to keep everyone right CPC is not what the website owner ie you actually gets, its what it costs the advertiser to put their ads on the G network so when you see a CPC you can be sure that the figure you see is BEFORE G take their cut.

That is correct. It has recently come out that Google gives the site owner 67% but from my experience, I estimate about 30% of the CPC for my revenue IF I get the click and sometimes that may not be too high.

I currently have Chitika on these sites, which is not as good as Adsense bt can work. Depending on the site, you can also add Amazon links, Clickbank Products or even CPA offers.

Tell me about it but its all about traffic at the end of the day when it comes to Adsense. Get enough people over the line and ensure the content is good and include enough call to actions without being too obvious and its a winner.

Forgive me for asking - but it is important. Is the reason you are not using adsense on these sites because google adsense banned them. If so, adsense can not be added to them.

Very fair question. Adsense did not ban these sites. My account was banned about 9 months ago as a result of some traffic that I purchased through a WSO (way before these sites were built). These sites are built in an effort to get a new account or my account reinstated.
