2 real websites about Hawaii Travel, $30K annual income since 2003

Hi, I'm Lisa. I used to live in Hawaii and I built 2 Hawaii travel websites.

The income has been steady for many years. Last year income was up from 30K to closer to 45K, but then I got hit by Panda so income is down now.

Income last month was $1779

My money pages are all still well entrenched in the Search Engine Results. I have a list of a few thousand people that are buyers - but of course this list is continually renewing itself - as people go to Hawaii they stop needing the info and unsub or I unsub them, and new people sign up.

The site makes money from google adsense, the hawaii entertainment book affiliate sales, hawaiian airlines affiliate sales, and go oahu card affiliate sales.

The sites need love. I should have sold them when I moved from Hawaii. I have been making some changes lately to try to recover from Panda - this was a long tail site and many of those long tail pages made the bounce rate super high- so I eliminated a lot of them and I redirected one of the sites to a new domain name. It's all 301 redirected and I own the old domain name still.

Anyway, I am now wanting to buy a vending machine business and if I sell these sites I'll have the money to do that.

I haven't sold a site before. I'm hoping that someone honest and experienced will want this site.

I won't sell it for nothing. It makes me money every day, as a matter of fact it seems income is increasing again.

I love this site, and I love the people who are on my list - I just don't have the time or desire to work it anymore (or the knowledge, honestly - I haven't lived in Hawaii for 2 years and I am never going to visit)

At this point I am looking for offers and gauging interest. I would value any REAL input, offers, advice, and inquiries.
