When did you last check these stats, I show your site for diet plan on page 8 and diet plans on page 3?

Also little bit confused by the Adsense claim about being started in Jan 2010 when the site was created in Jun 2011?

Finally the CPC claim is misleading because that is the figure that people pay to advertise, not what the website owner gets per click, which as everyone knows is considerably less after G takes their cut lol.

Altogether very clean site and great potential if the site was on page 1 as promised for main kw's.

Had a look at the info and everything is screaming dont sell. For a start you wont get anywhere near the $15k let alone the $45k. Let me tell you why.

You site only starts getting traffic for a few weeks and even at that its nowhere near the amount a number 1 ranked site should get based on 74k monthly searches. As a rule of thumb generally the number 1 site gets around 90% of the 1st click traffic, they may leave your site after, but you should at least get it. Yours for whatever reason is nowhere near that.

Next youve been working on the site 7 months and when you finally get it working, you try to sell it. Obviously you have your reasons but people who pay the money youre asking do their due diligence like I have done.

You had another similar site you tried to sell at the same stage I am assuming and didnt sell and that was for much less.

If you go back on Flippa with your site, keeping the exact same figures (ie visitors and Adsense, in a couple of months you will get your 15k and more. And thats just based on the Adsense income. Lets break it down (seeing as youre not up to speed on Adsense per your Flippa thread). You are averaging $56 per day, ie $20k a year. Normal selling rules say price it at a years income/profit. And that is not even taking into account the clickbank products you SHOULD DEFO have on there. Buddy, you have people who are clicking on Adsense ads which dont draw people in half as much as a good banner will.

I really dont think it will sell for the price you have it at simply because all the good selling points ie traffic and income and number 1 spots have happened recently. If you want to sell it, put it back on Flippa after a couple of months and also after adding a couple of products because they will sell and you can charge even more.

I agree with you that if I were to go back to Flippa in a few months time, I will get more and I will listen to your advise while in the mean time I will get this site target for more key words.

You didn't put a price on it, how much does it cost? Oh and I have two websites that I would like to sell as well. They are good domain names, but not making any money but that is because I haven't tried or better yet lack of knowing how to properly monetize them so that they can make money. I know that they have great potential to make money so that is why I would like to sell them, I figure that will be better off with someone he can use them? Any takes or advice?
