The value is usually determined by the income it generates, if it is not ranked or generating any sales then it is basically just an amazon template and not worth more then a few hundred to someone that can't design web pages also depends upon how much unique content is on the site and if the reviews are unique?

Not sure how to reply to that. This is not a plr site since i wrote the content myself. Obviously the site will sell for however much income potential a buyer see's in the site. Like i said I just want people to give me whatever price they feel the site is worth.
