It's not possible for anyone to predict that as it depends on various factors which includes niche/product type and their prices, promotion of the site (if you choose to do it yourself) etc. We have our own sites and clients sites doing around $150 a month to $400 a month range

2nd we are not selling the same site to hundreds others that you see in all other WF offers. The site is absolutely unique to you .

3rd ...Our price is abnormally low considering what we provide....Customized themes, Unique Graphics, thoroughly researched content (minimum 12) , custom video etc....let alone the SEO aspect of ranking in first page of Google

Just the custom graphics (unique for each client) will cost about $100 if done separately.....

Sorry if you are looking for $25 site that is sold to thousand, this offer in not for you.

We have clients who have ordered 5+ 10+ sites because they understand the value of what we offer.

but the underlying meaning of these sites - a monthly income, the more the better
and if for $ 25 and $ 170 for the site is not profitable - why pay more?
I'm not looking for a cheap website - I'm looking for a proposal with a good price / earnings in a month

As mentioned before we dot give any income guarantee because there is no way anyone can guarantee any specific income. If any service seller is giving you fixed income guarantee for their service that is a false promise or scam simply because it is impossible to guarantee any specific figure.

However we have clients and our own sites that are doing in the range of $400 -$1200 a month.

As you can see from some screenshots provided above clients start getting sales often even the sites are delivered.

Also the sites we build have resell value which are 3 times more than we charge for...so we have various type of clients with different objective in mind. So definitely it's upto you.

And to repeat we do not sell $25 clone sites purchased by hundreds

More reviews=more visitor=more potential sale. However you can do quite well with 12 page site too.

Yes, smoker review is wp review theme and you can get it from the seller's site here

Among the listed examples we got license for pro review theme when it was first sold in WF. However, wp review theme is a better for conversion in my opinion
