Isn't it time you stopped listening to those that advertise earning thousands from a couple of micro niche sites, how many of you have bought them only to be very dissapointed with the earnings? Most sellers will build you a site with crap content and then leave you to figure out the rest, truth is most of these sites won't even earn $3 per month let alone the $50-$150 per month as advertised. I only build sites on non brand domain names, most of the other sellers use brand names for your sites and I think this is absolutely crazy. Using brand names is the worst way to build a business and those sellers that do this are setting you up for a fall, you could lose everything if the brand owner decides they don't want you piggy backing off of their name. You are also putting your domain registration and hosting accounts at risk, if you check their terms you will see that you are not allowed to do this, you could lose everything and on top of that you could be hauled into court and sued.

Why don't I just keep the sites for myself? I already have quite a lot of these sites and now I am branching out so I don't have all my eggs in one basket and I am doing this to help others that can't earn money with adsense. This is totally hands off for you, I will be taking all the risk but I don't see it as risk because I use very conservative estimates for the sites earnings so I know I can deliver.

Guaranteed earnings will start by month 3 at the latest (usually by month 2), we use the first month for tracking your earnings and then adjust the sites as necessary to reach the guaranteed amount. All sites are built using wordpress. You will need a namecheap account for the domains (namecheap account is free to register) and a hosting account that can accommodate multiple sites. I will buy, then transfer the domains to your namecheap account, you will then need to point the nameservers to your hosting (I can help with this if you don't know how) I will then need your cpanel details to setup the sites or you can install wordpress and send me a login to the installs.

No extra investment for the first 12 months. Definitely no paid ads all traffic is organic.

I will keep the sites earning for that amount of time.

Most of these sites keep earning once they are established, sometimes an extra article is needed every now and again to keep them fresh. Adding articles can also increase revenue.

A very interesting service. I too would like more proof and a few samples. Without giving the game away what strategies are you going to be using to drive such consistant traffic? Are we talking about dodgy Black Hat stuff here that could be great for a month or two befor your site drops out of site in the search engines, or worse banned. Not a criticism, just very intrigued.

I don't know what proof you want me to show you, as I have already stated earnings screen shots can be faked so they should not be taken as proof.

The sites are built on exact match domains and I target lot's of keywords within the site. I build backlinks to lot's of keywords to ensure good rankings which in turn amount to enough traffic to reach the guaranteed earnings.

I got in on this package, and my sites (10 sites) where ready early February. So far this month (April 1st to 15th), I have 1 site with 40 visits, and 3 clicks. Another 4 sites, 1 visit each, and none for the rest.

I have not checked the rankings, but I think the number of visits is a good indication.

The sites are of good quality, and have about 5 articles each. I was expecting that we would be tracking a little better by now, but given the recent Google update, I understand that the backlinking may have been affected.
