6 Domains Pull In $1200 A Month!



WARNING - This is a group of gay adult sites which are on the top of page 1 of Google - which go to one particular sponsor. So I'd be selling every domain I have which send traffic to them.

I am sending them between 300-500 unique visitors a day and currently average two payments every month for around 400-600 each payment. They do wire transfers or check and pay twice a month. You can choose to get 50/50 rev-share including rebills or the $35/$25 one time payment per join. I use and suggest the $35 per join.

Their affiliate program is easy to sign up for. Also - and this is big - with the way these sites are allready high on Google - All you really have to do is forward/link them directly to your sponsor's page for that particular model or entrance page. This means you don't have to really do any update or content management. I set these sites and forget them. I am selling them because I need the lump sum money to put into some other ventures that have more upside in the long term.

The domains are; 8teenboy.org, tommyanders.org, helixstudios.org, helixstudio.org, tommyandersvideos.com, tommyanders.net. Tommyanders.net expires on 6/27/2012, the rest expire in 2013. Also, in the affiliate's terms there's nothing prohibiting the use of their name or model names in domain names. And I've been using them for a year now with no problems.

These are great emd's and the sponsor has EXACTLY who and what the surfer is looking for which is why it converts well. These domains are high on Google and you can find them yourself. Do the keyword traffic tool and you'll see these terms do get traffic. I can do adwords screenshots to illustrate traffic terms, and also the afilliates admin dashboard showing revenue.

Upon purchase I can work with on moving the domains over to you. I registered these domains through Go-Daddy and have sold domains before. Just need your Go-Daddy e-mail if I remember correctly.

I'm asking for $13,000 which is roughly going to be my full years income.

I would do this through Flippa but they don't allow adult. As for how to pay for it - I'm open to suggestions, but know this. I can't move domains over until everything clears or goes through so a check or wire would work. PayPal has a limit of $10k
