I don't know that you have to worry about duplicate content since most people who buy this site will never do anything with it. And even less can seo it to the top.

I will sell as many copies as I can like most others even though they say they are only selling a few their listing keeps reappearing.

No domain you have to choose your own domain

To monetize it with CPA you just add the banners you want in the admin panel. very easy to do.

90% of the stuff around is duplicate and re-hashed or get sold to thousands of people with a few variations, but come with all sort of gaurentees. Somebody selling you a site at $100 duhhh, they sell that same site to the next 1000 people who buy, maybe with a few different theme variations, and different spinned content.

Duplicate content only affect you with G.

4) Again forget duplicate content. You don't need to rank in G to get TRAFFIC. You can get twice the traffic from the thousands of other traffic sources available to send to your "duplicate content site" ( Oh sorry, I keep forgetting that most people do not want to work for their income and business, they simply want income for free. Not gonna happen, sorry to bust your bubble)

5) You don't need to spend weeks on building a site in these niches, you get it complete done for you for 7 bucks geeeez

In short for 7 bucks you actually buying something that is worth at least 100 bucks. Your own resale potential is unlimited, well if you just put some effort into it.
