I bought this site almost a year back. I got the right fundamentals delivered by theseowarrior. Then I took it to a medium sized authority site which is now sold for $6500. The ROI for what I paid the op and my SEO works is much much high.

My advice for micro niche buyers: Just don't stick with a micro niche. Once the site starts making money, take it to the next level. Authority sites can be monetized with multiple income streams and they require less work at later stages.
