Personal use only means you can't resell this package straight i.e. blog + everything else that comes with the package (video tutorials, keyword list etc). Also, you can't sell the blog as long as the graphics are there (excluding banner ads, as most of the ads are provided by merchants).

However, you can sell the blog on Flippa (or any where else) if you sell it without the graphics (replace the header graphics, images on all blog posts). You can still use the same WordPress theme or replace it with a new theme, it doesn't matter.

The reason we do this is because someone reselling blog templates would defeat the purpose of us only selling them a finite number of times. This is how we protect our customers so that you don’t compete with too many "identical" blogs in your niche.
