I am leaving this testimonial because I bought this WSO, and made money! I did not know Dylan, or ever even seen him on warrior prior to purchasing his wso.

I wanted to pop in and give credit where credit is due. Last week I was looking for any info I could get my hands on about flippa.

I know people are creating incomes everyday there so I thought I would test it out and see if it was for me. I flipped a couple sites and I was pretty excited.

I hope Dylan doesn't mind me chiming in but the way I see it from the OP is that these are template style sites that you can sell over and over again just by adding a new domain name to them and maybe changing out the logo to make them look a bit more unique.

So no, I think you only pay once and sell them over and over again.

I don't know from where you got claims like that!? Have you bought the site from me on Flippa?
Why is it mistake for you? What did you do with the site? What marketing have you applied? Why do you call me a spammer? If you are on my mailing list, there is clearly visible an option to unsubscribe when ever you want!

All 9 clients that are in my coaching program are very satisfied with the service, making money already, some more some less, but all of them already got the investment back..(except one, but he was unable to start working so couldn't make any listings on Flippa yet)

i didn't make my investment back....as a matter of fact i lost plenty of money relisting websites because they wouldn't sell. This is not new info to you. I sent you messages on skype and emails. All you told me to do was keep relisting. One website has been relisted 5 times.

Also all other clients have sold all sites listed.. a few of them had to relist site, but only one time.. All relisted sites sold at second attempt, and all clients at least made their money back, some of them even tripled it..

1. You should have your ROI very soon, but I can't tell exactly period..for example I have put an auction last night and it was sold for BIN $197 in first hour, that is not an usual thing, but it's very possible

1. Will this only work for specific niche or any niche?
2. Must the website to be sold at flippa have any traffic or revenue?
3. If you charge $247 (for 3 websites) and the cost of listing and final value fee of flippa is about $100 (say $30 each) , that means the cost is about $347 plus $30 for 3 domains = $367. That means, we need to sell at least $367 for 3 domains or $125 per domain to get profit. Is this really achieveable? Any money back guarantee?
4. How is the coaching? how many hours?
5. If i already have several single word domains which is hard to rank compared to long tail keywords, is it achievable?

2. No, these websites being sold without traffic and revenue
3. You will be selling these sites over and over again, as many times as you want, so the sale price is not so important here.. what is important is that they get sold
4. Coaching lasts approx. one week, mybe less maybe more, depends on your learning
5. Your domains are not usefull here, except if they are in travel or SEO niche
