Each Magento ecommerce site includes:

1. The domain name
2. The physical website including the Magento installation, graphics, themes and extensions, email addresses, etc.
3. I've already gone through the considerable trouble of loading hundreds of products into each Magento storefront, including descriptions, prices, photos.
4. I include full disclosure on the vendors supplying the dropship inventory for these stores AFTER the purchase process is completed.
5. Each site is loaded with an attractive theme, SEO extensions, and custom graphics.

All you will need to do is change the payment methods to your own accounts, kickstart your promotional campaigns, and start taking orders.

I have some interest in the sports store. I've browsed around for a while but it seems difficult to be able to sell "officially licensed" memorabilia for college and pro teams. This leads me to a few questions:

Do you stock products or are they dropshipped? If dropshipped, what's the average % of profit?
Do you have contacts or the ability to add products from other NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAA teams?

First of all, the biggest issue with sports licensed stuff seems to primarily be with apparel. Many of the giant retailers like Walmart, Target, and others started issuing ultimatums some time ago that they were going to walk away from the stuff if they had to continue competing with the dropshippers. So finding vendor sources wholesaling licensed apparel is virtually non-existent now.

That isn't true for the other memorabilia, that I've seen.

You asked about margins. Of the products currently in the store, the average margin seems to run about 33% and this leaves pricing competitive with other retailers. However, changing these prices on the fly in Magento is very simple.

You asked about inventory for other teams besides what is currently displayed. I had been under the impression that this inventory was loaded into the store's backend, but disabled from displaying. However, its not. Uploading that new inventory into the store is a simple process. The suppliers that I use, have a strong selection of products from all Pro Teams, and I think for about 100+ NCAA teams.

If it would be of assistance to you, I'd be willing to upload the new inventory for you, and alter the menu navigation to your spec's to save you the trouble.
