Tom, I think its a great concept. I wouldnt get discouraged if it doesnt sell to fast. Looks like a great site but I dont know much about Iguanas and think I would have a hard time marketing it.

Yeah, I'm not too worried. I've received two requests for other sites in different niches. TBH, I'm kinda hoping it DOESN'T sell at this point since traffic is really starting to pick up without any marketing at all. The 300 Facebook fans are visiting regularly now.

The objective was to sell it before I got attached to it!

I am interested. What other niches are you building sites and how much content does each site has. also, u say no need to depend on google and build a facebook fan page. Are you using paid traffic to build fans and then funnel them to the website? so what is the investment needed for this?
