Welcome to my services thread! I haven't created one of these in years so it is a little over-due. I would like to offer our mini-authority niche site setup services. I say "mini" because it only has 25 articles on it; if you want to build it into a larger authority site, we can add content monthly for a fee or you can write/outsource more articles to add to the site.

We will publish 1 lengthy featured front-page article on the niche of your choice, and 24 inner pages around 5 or 6 main keywords related to your niche. The front page article and 4-5 main supporting articles will be published right away. The other 19-20 articles will be set up to drip feed over the next 30-45 days. EVERY post will have a featured image or image within the article.

I cannot guarantee earnings; that is not what this service is. This service is to get your started on building a niche site empire or authority niche if you prefer. We do provide 100% unique quality content so it is an excellent starting place.

We will install a Legal Pages plugin and publish all legal pages. We will setup monetization of your choice. We will create a Facebook page to connect with your site (no graphics included) and create a social box for people to like from. We will install all of this on a premium theme of your choice from mythemeshop.com/themes/.

So in summary, we are offering:

For the number of articles we create alone, this is a value. I know you will not be disappointed in the quality site we setup. I encourage feedback of any kind in this thread once the site is completed and handed over to you.

I have been playing around with Azon Rocket and have found that it generates a lot of clicks thru to my affiliate links in very little time. If you want to build your niche site out to include amazon affiliated posts, like in the sample I provided, I can do that; I have the developer's version of the plugin so it will only work on the domain we set it up on, but it will work properly. Check out our sample to see how it looks both on posts and in posting to the Facebook page.

Q/A:

What is the turn-around time? 7-9 days; we will try to push them out in a more timely manner, but this will assure proper keyword research, article quality, and header customization.

Is there an earnings guarantee? No. This is a service to setup a mini-niche site, but 25 quality keyword articles is a great start to earning money online.

What is the refund policy? Due to the nature of the service, there are no refunds, but I will get your approval on the content before posting it so rest assured, the quality will be to your approval.

Do you have a sample site? Added: mmaexercises[dot]net. I will add more articles and the featured images for those articles (the ones currently are from/for the Amazon items) tomorrow (3/30).

What niches do you provide? Most niches. We do not do pharma/gambling/warez type niches though.

Do you provide the niche? We can provide the niche or you can provide.

As noted in my thread, it is an older model; this setup is different, has a lot more content, and is more focused on building a brand than a strictly review/adsense/amazon/clickbank type sites.

I think this would really suit something I have in mind so I would prefer to provide my own niche, but even at the $200 review copy price it's quite a lot to pay without seeing the quality of the content beforehand.

Do you have any examples of the content published on one of these sites?

Updated thread with a sample. Re: Facebook page-- It's a brand new page we set up for the site to post to.

Re: price-- I did research rates on similar services; many offer earnings guarantees, but offer less content whereas others have rankings guarantees and less content, some offer more content but it is spun content, and others do strictly xyz-type sites. It all depends on what you are looking for. I like to make sure each site has it's own character too; some services offer cookie-cutter setups where all they change is some graphics/colors, and content on the same theme.

Sorry for the delay in reply; I figured most people would rather a sample so I set out to create one. I had to wait on the content but wanted to see it filled out and test the posting to the page (I do for all setups but can delete posts from the page in the end if anyone prefers) so I ran the Azon Rocket. I love that plugin!

If anyone would prefer a different type of layout sampled out, let me know and I will create one for it.
