Traffic

I'm getting in average 60-120 unique visits a day. I did some promotion few months ago on sites like:

- ezinearticles (over 15 articles)
- youtube (over 20 videos)
- google
- yahoo
- squidoo
- hubpages
- forums
- paid advertising like paid listings on different sites
- craigslist
- twitter
- JV
- affiliates
- blogs

All the web 2.0 properties will stay as they are online, nothing will be moved. Traffic will be the same as it's now.

Right now most of the traffic is steady, doesn't need any promotion but I did some last month with $4k, so there is potential for bigger numbers, if you try to get some extra traffic. In last months I found few JV and did a mail swap.


Managing site

You will need about 20 minutes a day to answer support questions.

About 1 hour a week to update membership site. If you don't know anything about craigslist marketing you have few options:
- hire craigslist poster and pay him fee for update a week
- get content form different sites (i can give it to you)

It all depends if you want it to be more automated or you don't bother to invest extra time. You don't need to spend any time for traffic promotion, every month or saw I try to find some JV partner and send my ad to their list.


Why this site is unique?

Membership sites is the BEST CHOICE if you are looking for steady residual income for years to come. The only key is to make your members happy and update content from time to time. The membership site is already filled with content and tools that make the membership site very 'sticky' although regular updates are important.

Membership sites are sold in average for 10, 20, 30 or more months in advance although because my site is new I'm going to lower the price. It's still a great offer and you won't find anything similar anywhere else.


Potential To Grow

Site has a potential to make $4k+ a month with little advertising (I didn't try much paid advertising, just a little PPC, you can try ezine ads, PPV, banners, etc.). There is a big market of people looking for tips on posting on craigslist. My site is not too high on Google, definitely some better SEO of the site can bring some killing traffic, I found out that many of my sales came from Google and I'm not even on the first page for major keywords. There is a big potential for high profits.
