10 NICHE Sites and PREMIUM Domains Available for Bottom Dollar!

We are selling off 7 established sites and a bonus of 3 additional PREMIUM domain names.

Our original intention was to develop all of them and promote them, but we never got around to fully completing the project and we are looking for some quick cash on this one so we can put into another project. Most of these were developed with Niche Dominator and you can find more info on that software at http://niche-dominator.com
As you will see these domains come heavily researched and some have some amazing values based on the appraisals at Estibot.com. In fact, the values of all the domains/sites we are selling here are approximately $30,000. Now I know some people don't like to go by appraisal site values, but we have found that estibot is actually a pretty reliable source especially when comparing their values to prices of recently sold domain names. Plus you should be able to clearly see that some of these domains are TOP NOTCH and keyword rich.

Most of these were developed over the course of the last few months with the exception of the 3 undeveloped domain names and DietProductReviews.net which is about a year old.

Hi,

As a fairly serious buyer and seller, I find this whole auction extremely interesting. But yet confusing as well.

I am assuming that the first site is getting 95% of the traffic of the domains. But where is that traffic coming from? There is very little search engine traffic for a site getting that number of visitors which kind of confuses me.

I would be surprised if anyone were to offer $2k for no revenue or proof of. Is it possible to create channels for those sites on your Adsense site so that I/we can see the real value. Whether that is 6* or 24* monthly revenue, it will definitely give us an idea of the true value.

Hey Ben,

The first site is getting a majority of the traffic and I posted the live traffic stats which are directly coming from our webalizer stats on our server so that everyone can see what the referrers are and such. There is probably a fair amount of type in traffic as the keywords are very strong for that niche.

As for the price we are asking for we think it is reasonable based on the fact that there is value that goes beyond just the actual revenue. If you break it down you are getting 10 outstanding premium keyword rich domain names for only $200 each - some of which already are established and rank well for their terms and one of which gets a good volume of traffic daily. These can all be monetized much further than what they are currently.

I respect the fact that some people will only buy something for a certain amount of months revenue (you mention 6 or 24) but I think there are other buyers who can appreciate and understand the value of these great domains/sites and what can be done with them if in the right hands. Especially ones that understand how well keyword rich domains like these rank in search engines by themselves. Think about how many first page rankings you can have at google if you got some backlinks to them. Backlinks combined with the keywords being in the domain names will have you at the top in no time.

That was part of our goal when we started working on these, but ue to us going in a different direction we didn't have the time to go through the necessary steps to promote them properly (and even so DietProductReviews.net is doing very well.)

I truly believe that if someone took these 10 sites and put some effort into them, they could be make there investment back in less than 6 months, probably sooner.

I do understand that you think that you domain names have natural value. What I am interested in though, is if there is any revenue and therefore want to know even if only on the first one whether you would track even for 24 or 48 hours how much Adsense revenue that is getting.

I actually was wrong about the dietproductreviews.net site not tracking adsense. I just took a look at my partners account and found that was one that actually did have tracking for the last few months. It only made a little over $8 in adsense clicks for the last few months, but it is something. Also keep in mind this was with only one samll google ad near the top of the page. This site could do so much better with some better monetization methods.

We are willing to give the buyer some ideas we have considered in the past, but just haven't had the time to implement.

One other thing I thought I'd mention is that we are asking $2000, but will consider all realistic offers so feel free to contact me via PM with offers.

I just tried Estibot.com for S & G's with a couple of my domains.

Never thought about selling them but the one making me the most with adsense is worth $270, one making me much less $1,500

Go figure- I guess reading between the lines the one worth $1,500 doesn't have very good adsense placement, because it's getting good traffic.

And, Ben in your experience is there more or a "standard" multiplier between 6 and 24 that is used?

I don't like to hijack this thread, but I wouldn't put any value to what estibot says a value is. Value is really associated to what somebody would pay and apart from very rare cases, potential is work nothing.

B/W 6 and 24 is very general, however it mainly depends on how that income is earned and whether that is sustainable. Especially in today's economy, people are very wary to spend over 5 figures unless there is some kind of business model in place.

Estibot as well as any other online appraisal system is definitely not perfect, however, I do like the way they consider the keyword values and the search volumes and such. That is why I think it makes for a decent tool when using it for keyword rich domains such as the ones we are offering in this sale.

My opinion still remians the same in regards to the pricing of this package, but as I stated above we will accept reasonable offers via PM. Also I have had a few people contact me to buy them individually so if you have an offer for a specific site let me know and we will edit the listing if we come to an agreement.
